The apartment is located in an apartment building in the small village of Neppermin. It is a small 2-room apartment with bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen, with the possibility for a 4th bed as an extra bed. The place is located on the beautiful Baltic Sea island of Usedom, about 150 m away from the Achterwasser. Here you can find rest and time to unwind or explore the island from here. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and the dining room. A sitting area in the sunny front yard also belongs to the apartment. On the upper floor, the winter garden-like veranda is to be emphasized. This can be opened by vertical sliding windows and use like a loggia.

We have 3 apartments in a quiet location, overlooking the forest and meadows. They are only 600 m from the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information are within walking distance. The apartment is 45 m² and has a bedroom, a kitchen-living room with dining area and sofa bed,shower room and a terrace with lounge furniture and lots of sun.

It has a separate bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm). The spacious and bright bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. The cosy living area adjoins the open-plan, high-quality kitchen. There is another double bed (140x200 cm) in the sleeping alcove adjacent to the living area.

It has a separate entrance, a private garden and a nice seating area behind the house. Lovingly furnished, it is ideal for relaxing and unwinding or working in any season. Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.

Only 200m away from the Baltic Sea beach, this bright and well-equipped 3-room flat is located on the top floor of the Haus am Kurpark. With its floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, it offers a wide view over the roofs of the Kaiserbad Ahlbeck. On the same floor opposite the flat is the wellness area with sauna, relaxation room and access to the communal roof terrace with a view of the Baltic Sea.
