Die Wohnung bietet eine traumhafte Rundumsicht über die Dächer von Ahlbeck mit den zahlreichen historischen Villen. Sie verfügt über einen gemütlichen Wohn- und Essbereich und ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt 2 separate Schlafzimmer und einen offenen Schlafbereich mit einem weiteren Schlafplatz. Bad + Küche wurden in 2025 erneuert. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz.

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered apartment in the semi-detached house consists of the entrance hall on the first floor, the upper floor and attic and has a living area of 80 m².
