Unser Traum ist mit dieser wunderschönen 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Seebad Ahlbeck wahr geworden. Wake up, quickly run the 100 m to the beach for a refreshing swim before having breakfast on the sunny balcony and start the day with a coffee! That was our dream which came true with this beautiful 3-room flat in the seaside town Ahlbeck.

We have 2 wonderful apartments, in a quiet location overlooking forest and meadows. At the same time, you are only about 600 m to the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping opportunities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is 35 m² in size with a living-dining area, bedroom, shower room and a beautiful terrace with lounge furniture and sun until the evening hours.

As an long-established Heringsdorfer family – our grandmother used to host guests from all over the world – we have a tradition of hosting and we are happy to offer you a pleasant stay on the Baltic Sea.

We offer a newly built and spacious attic apartment/loft with sauna and fireplace for up to 7 persons in the center of the seaside resort Bansin. The property has 2 roof terraces (smaller terrace overlooking the sea) as well as an open living-dining area with a large gas fireplace and designer kitchen. At a distance of 400 m you will find the beach promenade and the beach as well as smaller shopping and restaurants .

The apartment "Kon-Tiki" is ideal for two people. Through the sofa bed, stays of three people are possible. The apartment is about 90 m from the beach. You can walk to the cliffside of Bansin in a few minutes. Also within walking distance are: shopping, cafes, restaurants, restaurants, as well as the Promenade. Just leave the car and enjoy the surroundings stress-free.
