Swan Suites – Seaside Garden No. 8

Discover this idyllic and beachside oasis nestled within the villa district in the western spa area. The spacious 35m² two-bedroom "SwanSuites" apartment offers not only the utmost comfort but also stylish luxury. This modern building was constructed in 2023 and boasts a vast rooftop terrace with a spectacular pool and sauna landscape, offering breathtaking views of the Baltic Sea. ATTENTION: The spa area with the swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi has seasonal availability (see below).

Cottage Benz, Usedom

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

In the sunny conservatory, a sofa bed invites you to read or rest, in the small enclosed bedroom, large or small can sleep through and the spacious double bed in the open living/dining area invites everyone to rest or watch TV.

Fresh and saltwater in one: Unique and very quiet location on the Schloonsee – overlooking the lake – and two minutes walk to the Baltic Sea beach. Our holiday home is located directly in the middle between the Bansiner and Heringsdorfer Seebrücke. As an long-established Heringsdorfer family – our grandmother used to host guests from all over the world – we have a tradition of hosting and we are happy to offer you a pleasant stay on the Baltic Sea.

Our small guest house in the garden is also a small gallery, a bit of a large Tini house, and it was once a small stable, the outer walls of which are also preserved, until almost 80 years ago. Since then, it has served as a guest residence. Inside, everything is very modern and has underfloor heating. It is very important to mention the loft bed, there is only one double loft bed to sleep in... if this is too difficult, you cannot be our guest...

This apartment with terrace has a size of 69 square metres. It is located on the ground floor of the coach house and can accommodate up to 3 people. It has a separate bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm). The spacious and bright bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. The cosy living area adjoins the open-plan, high-quality kitchen. There is another double bed (140x200 cm) in the sleeping alcove adjacent to the living area.

The apartment can accommodate four people and is in a quiet yet central location, about 250m from the beach and boardwalk. Here you will enjoy the perfect combination of recreation and proximity to everything needed for a comfortable stay – from cozy cafes to restaurants to shops. You can enjoy the tranquility, at the same time quickly in the middle of the action and on the beach to make the most of your Baltic Sea vacation.

The apartment has a separate entrance and is located on the 1st floor. It has a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a large couch, which can also be used as a sleeping option for 1 person. In the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed (160x200). The apartment has a large beautiful balcony overlooking the forest and meadow. Bicycles can be parked in the locked bicycle shed.

Our stylish Deluxe Suites offer approximately 70 m² of space for up to 4 people. They have two separate bedrooms with comfortable double beds (180x200 cm and 160x200 cm). They also offer a modern bathroom with shower and private sauna, as well as a stylish living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. In the evening, guests can relax on the balcony or terrace.
