The spacious 35m² two-bedroom "SwanSuites" apartment offers not only the utmost comfort but also stylish luxury. This modern building was constructed in 2023 and boasts a vast rooftop terrace with a spectacular pool and sauna landscape, offering breathtaking views of the Baltic Sea. The spacious apartment on the first floor measures 67 square meters and, with its two separate bedrooms, is ideal for 4 guests. The spacious and bright living/dining area with an inviting sofa corner and large real wood table forms the centerpiece of the apartment. The open-plan kitchen is modern and equipped to a high standard and is just as impressive as the luxurious bathroom. The balcony can be accessed from one of the bedrooms. The double beds are each 180 x 200 cm.

Cottage Benz, Usedom

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

As a long-established Heringsdorf family – even our grandmother used to host guests from all over the world – hosting has a tradition with us and we are happy to offer you a pleasant stay on the Baltic Sea.

HaffSide Usedom

Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.

Our stylish deluxe flats with 2 bedrooms and terrace offer approx. 91 m² of space for up to 4 people. They have two separate bedrooms with comfortable double beds (180x200 cm). A modern bathroom with walk-in shower and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area leave nothing to be desired. The light-flooded living area invites you to relax, while the terrace and a cosy loggia offer ideal retreats for relaxing hours.

The apartment has a separate entrance and is located on the 2nd floor. It has a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a large couch which can also be used as a bed for 1 person. In the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed (160 x 200). The apartment has a large beautiful balcony overlooking the forest and meadow. Bicycles can be parked in the closed bicycle shed.

Our stylish Deluxe Suites offer approximately 70 m² of space for up to 4 people. They have two separate bedrooms with comfortable double beds (180x200 cm and 160x200 cm). They also offer a modern bathroom with shower and private sauna, as well as a stylish living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. In the evening, guests can relax on the balcony or terrace.
