Beach house holiday rentals in Grado

Zoran's place is a great place to stay if you have a car and want to explore Slovenia. The flat was well equipped, and suited our needs. Within two hours driving through stunning countryside we were able to access white water rafting at Bovec and spent a day at Lakes Bohinj and Bled. We also had a day at Predjama castle and the Postojna caves and another at the Lipica Stud and the coast. Ljubliana airport is only an hour and a half away. Idrija itself was only 15 minutes away and has an interesting history of Mercury mining and Lace making and there are many walking trails from the door.

The apartment’s atmosphere was very nice. Designed by an interior designer, few years ago fully refurbished. Some parts look good, but are not really practical (big chandeliers). The kitchen is fully equipped, so we could prepare food easily. The AC was working. Alenka reccommended us a lot of places to visit, she is a really kind and helpful host :) enjoyed our stay in Piran and would recommend Casa Matteo to anyone :)

Very clean and nice accommodation, we were also allowed to check in much earlier on request and the hostess speaks good German. The beach is easily accessible and equipped, offers shaded places and a beautiful, inexpensive beach bar. The water is turquoise but cloudy & nature breathtaking! The only drawback we have is that the images of the listing are outdated. Most of the furnishings have now been replaced or removed - but this is positive, especially at the top of the living room - or elsewhere. Also the large apartment complex right next door does not even exist in the pictures. This keeps it shaded for a long time, especially in the outdoor area. The village is quiet and empty, apart from the boats and cars in the harbor and a large power plant next door. However, many people travel daily to the beach & at one night there was even a big concert there. We had a lovely time overall and did not disappoint!

It was a wonderful time for our family and friends. We felt there like a family members, got a lot of recommendation about beaches, restaurants, places where we could buy high quality wine and olive oil. I highly recommend the stay at Villa Blu & Villa Sol. Clean swimming pool, amazing view. All you need for a perfect holidays.

We very much enjoyed sitting in the living room by the extra large window having the best view of Piran. It was close to many cafes and restaurants. Spacious and clean. All together made it a very pleasant stay in Piran.

Everything was super. It is close to the beach and to the shops/restaurants, we got sun-umbrella, Caribe Bay is a few mins walk only. Luisa is very kind and helped us to have a wonderful vacation.

Novasol wasn't the easiest to talk to, took over a month to change the booking. The owner of the house was super good and easy to talk to. House was as described. Good, clean and amazing view. AC in 3 of 5 bedrooms. Good to know, you really need a car to get there, Ubers don't drive you there and its up on a hill so walking isn't perfect.

The apartment is very welcoming, clean and newly built. Great location within walking distance of the pedestrian area and access to the sea. Linda is an impeccable host who is always available, directions to the apartment and access meticulous and detailed. I recommend the proposed solution.

One of the nicest accommodations we have experienced in Croatia so far. It fully met our needs and expectations, we were very satisfied and would love to return again.

We had a great stay at the beautiful house in sveti Anton:) the house and especially the garden is really nice and unique. The house has everything you need for the stay and it won't get boring around there. The communication with Novasol was a bit tricky, as they didn't reply to messages - if you call them, they give you the contacts of the hosts and they are super nice and helpful:)

Our stay in early November was great. In Karigador it is very quiet at this time, which we very much enjoyed except for the closed bars. The house is great, has plenty of space and luxury (pool, hot tub, lots of cozy seats outside). Shopping: many by car. In Novigrad is a great small market for fresh vegetables and fresh fish. The kitchen is quite well equipped. Our bed was very comfortable. I would be shown the light use outside briefly at check-in. We had our dog with us, through the walls/fence around the grounds he was able to freely run around. We highly recommend the house.

Cottage near the beach, enough space for 6 people, so everyone can sleep in beds and rooms (3 rooms!). It was just right for us 2 families. Thank you! Glad to come back!

We had a wonderful 3 weeks with Dennis (and Nino). The place is just as wonderful as in the pictures. Everything is lovingly decorated and really great for two. However, our highlight was the outdoor area with the outdoor kitchen, pool and hot tub. You have the opportunity at any time of the day in the sun (or shade) and sufficient seating and lounging facilities. Dennis was always quickly accessible (even when we had excluded ourselves), very attentive and at the same time reserved and very careful to make you feel comfortable. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted with homemade grappa (the best we drank throughout the holiday), as well as with a bottle of wine in the fridge and our own olive oil. The beach and harbor are within walking distance, beautiful surroundings with nice restaurants and bars. We had a wonderful time (despite some rainy days) and can really fully recommend the place.

We had a wonderful stay and can totally recommend this house for vacation. It was really clean, homey and had everything you need. The view is amazing and the landlords are very friendly. Communication with them was very easy and they did their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Just an absolute dream. For those who like to be alone, rest and not the crowds are looking for an absolute tip. The house has a free parking space. 3 bedrooms, climate,WiFi, fully equipped kitchen and a fantastic terrace overlooking the sea and Piran. There is even a washing machine and an outdoor grill as well as an outdoor shower. It has its own access to the sea. Stairs down and private sea access with a small lying area on the stones. There's even an inlet for a sun umbrella. In the morning, enjoy the coffee on the terrace with a view of Piran and then enjoy the morning mum in the warm and quiet sea. The perfect start before breakfast. Lots of mosquitoes in the evening. Citronella candles or similar are highly recommended. In the storage room there is also a large fridge for larger shopping. Small shop in the village. Lidl, Spar, etc. available 20 minutes in Umag

This place is gorgeous and clean, in a peaceful, stunning location. The house is really well-outfitted for a family or group. Unlike so many rentals, the home is equipped with extra towels, spices (not just salt & pepper), cooking utensils, and and the things you need. Josipa is a great communicator: super responsive and helpful and she even lent us bikes for our stay. Thank you!

Super sweet woman with top reception. Very involved with her guests. Really what you are looking for old-fashioned at a b&b. Nice basket of fruit in the kitchen is ready. Good tips for restaurants in the area for breakfast and dinner. Apartment wonderfully spacious. Then you do Stefania and girlfriend ( who was so sweet to do all translations😁)

Thank you for a great stay. We enjoyed the days and the proximity to the sea very much. The beach house is super located and well-equipped. Only one coffee maker was missing. The kitchen was well equipped and the house could be climbed well, which was very pleasant. We were extremely positively surprised by the outdoor shower, which we liked to use. The location was perfect, walking to Piran(15 minutes on foot)right next to the sea was very nice every evening. All in all: clean, nice apartment in good location. Nice contact. Definitely coming back. Thank you very much

This place is magically beautiful! You walk from the garden to the beach. The two gardens are lovely to laze in and the house is very nice to be in. You feel right at home. The host is very nice and easy to reach and very helpful. This is truly a top spot!

Hello what to say, it felt like I was at home nice clean quiet then the exclusive space outside and the top 10 minutes away you are on the main avenue and on the beach you are on vacation but you are not for me the Top and the owners are beautiful DESERVES🤩🤩🤩TO RETURN
