Beachfront holiday rental in Grado

We were guests of Boris 3 days; his house is really very nice and cheerful, equipped with what you need, full of light and with a wonderful window overlooking the sea! The location is very convenient, market for shopping practically below the house, restaurants and various shops nearby. Boris was a very kind host! We will definitely be back ❤️

Lovely spacious apartment. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom. The large balcony with Hollywood swing and dining table is super. There were 3 covered parking spaces for our cars (We stayed there with 6 people and 3 cars). The host is friendly, helpful, quick to respond to messages, and also helps on site if there is a need. We got a G Maps list of recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Very helpful and nice. Only the induction stove takes some getting used to and unfortunately did not manage to bake the fries in the oven at the same time and to stock the meat in the pan on top of the stove top of the stove top. Unfortunately, Irena couldn't do anything here either and we had to wait until the device has cooled down again. A baking dish in the inventory would actually still be great 😉 Otherwise, good starting point for activities and excursions, supermarkets are even within walking distance, so you can get fresh rolls quickly in the morning.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is very central, everything is within walking distance. Viktorija welcomed us very warmly and was available at all times. We will be happy to come back.

Very nice, large apartment with great views of Piran from the roof terrace. Roman and Kathi respond immediately to messages if something is unclear.

We had a great time at the beautiful place, the walk to the beach was super close and also the shopping. Carla was very accessible and we liked spending our mornings and evenings on the terrace.

They were super nice. Paolo was there when we arrived, he was so helpful and friendly. They let us check out late without any extra charge. Their apartment was super clean and what surprised me, he took off his shoes before entering which for me was respectful( the mom who has little kids understand me) The beach was just a minute and the apartment was in the center. I recommend it to any family who wanna have a super relaxing holiday in Grado.

The apartment was very clean and in superb location: a few mins walk to the beach and walking distance to the city centre. The premises are green and peaceful with a nice pool, in front of the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay a lot, appreciating outstanding contact with the host, who is a very nice and helpful person. Will definetely return.

Giulia and Alessandro were amazing hosts from start to finish. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped! My highlight is the host’s communication before, during and even after our visit - I travelled from the UK for the local IRONMAN event , they even sorted me out a taxi from the airport that accommodated my bike suitcase - and accommodated for my awkward flight times so I didn’t need to carry my luggage around for the morning - they even managed to get a video of me finishing the race! The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is in a great location being only a few hundred metres from the beach and restaurants Thoroughly recommend this place if you are looking to stay in Jesolo! great accommodation, clean and very well organized. The kitchen is very well equipped, in the bathroom there is a hairdryer and in the living room there are some board games and a kitchenette for children: appreciated by children and parents to spend a peaceful vacation! Nice outdoor space with a table and also a shower to remove the sand. The area is quiet, there is a free beach within walking distance. Elisa was a very nice and always available host, she also left us a welcome gift 💞 Super recommended accommodation also for families!

Beautiful location at the end of the building with a private garden space and staircase to the beach. Best location in the complex for me as I recovered from a cycling accident in Slovenia. Quiet and private. A bit hard to find in the dark. Not the owner’s fault. Inexplicably the buildings and condominiums are not labeled or numbered making navigation difficult. Would stay here again and give it 2 thumbs up!

We had a very nice vacation in Federico's apartment. The apartment is beautiful, clean and well equipped. The great pool area, the location right on the beach and the great view from the balcony are also positive things to mention. We were 2 adults and 2 children (8 and 9 years) and had more than enough space in the apartment. Federico and Laura are super nice and helpful hosts. The communication before and during the stay was great. Federico had provided us with all accurate and relevant information in advance. Even our late arrival was no problem and Federico had also reserved a parking space for us. All in all a 5 star service :-). It was certainly not our last stay in Federico's apartment. Super place to stay. Would highly recommend.

This place in Jesolo surprised us a lot, it didn't even feel like it was in Jesolo. House well located in a very quiet area and with lots of greenery around it is located in a beautiful area especially. Super nice neighbors, what to say is one of those places you would like to come back right away not to mention the design of the house and the cleanliness and the immense space there is. If you want to spend a small vacation in Jesolo or a weekend in tranquility, I recommend this place.

Alessandro's apartment was like the description. Everything we needed was available. We even got small bowls and an espresso pot. You just have to ask yourself and it will be made possible, which is possible. Apartment was clean and super equipped with three terraces (the third is only for standing and enjoying the view). Very convenient was also the first breakfast downstairs on the ground floor. and of course the umbrella and the two loungers (with us in the first row, yeah). The correspondence with Alessandro was commendable. He has written more often on his own. If you don't want it so lifted off, the apartment is just right. And of course we loved being at the beach in three minutes. Thank you for everything.

It was in every way the most beautiful vacation I have ever spent with my family. The apartment was comfortable, very clean and met all needs, in addition to a wonderful view. You feel different and wonderful at the wonderful market in the city center of Karauli. Nice apartment, with pool table and enough space

We felt very comfortable. The location is super-almost directly on the sea. With air conditioning and a fly screen on the lower floor, it was good to bear - end of September. Good starting point to explore Grado or also to make further excursions to Trieste, but also Croatia. Only the non-functioning TV could have been a problem if the weather had been bad. Then it's better not to specify a TV. Otherwise, we'd love to come back.
