Welcome to a more than 170-year-old Istrian stone house in which, despite having been renovated in 2022, you can find architectural details and nuances from the past, in 2 apartments. During the renovation, we paid attention to details that emphasise the Istrian stone construction. The house is situated in the countryside in a small village on a hill near Koper and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It is an ideal choice for couples or families, lovers of nature and rural life.

The modern apartments with a touch of the traditional Karst style are completely new and available to guests in 2022. Both apartments are fully equipped with a kitchen, a large dining table, a living room area with a flat TV, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartments are air-conditioned and include free WiFi connection, as well as access to a terrace, where our guests can enjoy a meal or a glass of wine. The apartments are located in a small village, surrounded by the calm of nature.

The house is located in a countryside, in a peaceful and pleasant environment. There's a spacious terrace in front of her. It has a large lobby, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining room with a kitchen, and a smaller room with a TV which can also be used as a bedroom. In the kitchen is a stove, refrigerator with freezer, and a microwave. Free wifi is available. There is a washer in the bathroom as well as an iron. There's a big yard in front of the house with free parking.

Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.
