Independent kitchen and suggestive sea view, Lighthouse and Miramare Castle from all environments.Located in the Historic Center in a residential area near the picturesque port and 2 beaches. The area is full of Bars (Eataly), Restaurants, Pizzerias along the seafront (RIVE). Supermarkets, Pharmacy, Bus and Ferry a few meters. It can be reached in 10 minutes on foot: Piazza Unità, Salone Degli Incanti, Museo Revoltella.

City center apartment 10 meters from the sea

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

Island house

Charming studio, 5 minutes from the beach, ideal for a couple or a small family with a grandicello child, free wifi, with two beds, one double bed and a single bed, in a quiet place a stone's throw from the beach and the center. Sitting on the terrace you can see the Barbana island and spend serene and relaxing hours. There is a nice ceiling fan. Possibility, by reservation, to use our two bicycles, not new but good.

A modern and stylish apartment situated just in front of the beach, with a wonderful view on the sea from every side (from Trieste to Lignano), thanks to its 2 terrace and its many windows. The house is suited for 4 guests, and you may have at your disposal bikes, and the possibility to visit the lagoon with us on our boat (if one of us is available in Grado). My son Nicola will help me in welcoming our guests.

Comfy flat close to the sea

My flat is situated very close to the beach. It includes: a wide bedroom with a king siz bed, two terraces, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and living room with a kitchen.
