Our cozy vacation home is situated in one of the most beautiful campiellos of Grado, a premium location with only a few minutes’ walk to the beach and a supermarket, newsstand and a promenade with many restaurants and bars at a minutes distance. Our home is suitable for couples on a romantic getaway, a family on a well earned vacation, as well as backpacking travelers exploring our marvelous region. You will have the apartment all to yourself, but in case of need we are only a phone call away.

Very central, bright two-room apartment

Very central two-room apartment in the pedestrian area 100 m from the sea in the heart of the Gradian aperitivo. Bright, comfortable, air-conditioned, with a living terrace overlooking the main avenue. Comfortable for 2 people. I also speak English and German. Starting March 1, 2018, the tourist tax will be introduced in Grado. I will let you know as soon as the funds are made.

Comfy flat close to the sea

My flat is situated very close to the beach. It includes: a wide bedroom with a king siz bed, two terraces, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and living room with a kitchen.
