Our cozy vacation home is situated in one of the most beautiful campiellos of Grado, a premium location with only a few minutes’ walk to the beach and a supermarket, newsstand and a promenade with many restaurants and bars at a minutes distance. Our home is suitable for couples on a romantic getaway, a family on a well earned vacation, as well as backpacking travelers exploring our marvelous region. You will have the apartment all to yourself, but in case of need we are only a phone call away.

The free beach and the equipped sandy beach, ideal for children, are 50 meters away. The supermarket and all amenities are a few minutes away by foot. Exclusive garage on floor -1. The apartment, with the exception of the bathroom, has no doors, but only blackout curtains.

For history lovers, we recommend visiting the Gorizia museums, the Great War sites such as San Michele, Sabotino and Caporetto mountains. We are close to the Slovenian border where you can spend hours of leisure and relaxation in the two casinos located in Nova Gorica. For wine lovers, we are close to the best-known producers in the area.

The modern 'Grado House' is located only a few steps away from the main beaches and close to enchanting little islands. Total relaxation a few steps away from the centre, the Grado Spa and the Aquatic Park. The ideal place for an experience of luxury and comfort. It has private uncovered parking (2 cars), a beautiful garden consisting of a heated inflatable Jacuzzi with hydromassage (summer only), 2 sun loungers, a sofa and a patio with outdoor dining table.

Casa Maria is a modern, open concept design, fully furnished studio apartment located on the ground floor of a beautiful stone house in the historic centre of Grado. It is 30 square metres in area including a sitting area, a sleeping area,  kitchenette and bathroom. It is located amongst the small alleys and quaint squares and is surrounded by the refined restaurants and cafes, which all evoke the typically lively and yet historical atmosphere of Grado.

An elevator takes you directly down to the private beach, where you can swim in a protected natural reserve. Two sun loungers are exclusively reserved for the apartment. Trieste is just a 10-minute drive away, one of Italian most beautiful seaside cities.

A ground floor studio with independent access is located in a quiet area of the fishing port a few steps from the center and a 5-minute walk to the beach. The apartment is well equipped (internet, TV, washing machine, dryer, ceiling fans) and comfortable for a couple or a family with a child who want to spend a quiet vacation in our region. Nearby there are paid parking lots, bars, restaurants, shops, and a supermarket.

Annex with independent entrance located on the ground floor. The accommodation was completely renovated and furnished in 2019 and consists of a double bedroom and private bathroom for exclusive use.
