Holiday rentals with a patio in Grado

Modern apartment, very nice and with all the comforts that a person on vacation can expect, maybe more. Very friendly and responsive and helpful host. She gave us tips on how to get around and says eating in Gorizia

Kristina was very friendly to welcome me and host me in this beautiful and clean apartment. It also has exclusive parking, a laundry room, and a private garden so you can sunbathe and barbecue. The only unexpected thing I had was that I didn't know there was no soap to take a shower, fortunately a very convenient supermarket is 100 meters away. Value for money above the norm. I would definitely like to come back!!

An excellent apartment in a great location! It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Silvia was incredibly kind and welcoming, always quick to respond and eager to help with any questions we had. We really appreciated her hospitality and attention to detail. The place was as described and we had a nice time at Ana's house. She was always easy to reach and very friendly. We were able to enjoy our tranquility on the small covered terrace overlooking the olive trees in the garden. Thanks to air conditioning, you could retreat very well in the hot temperatures inside. The location was great for us. Within a few minutes by car you were on the dog beach and in the city where there are many good restaurants.

The place was beautiful and very clean, quiet but everything easily accessible, even by bike. The host and also the landlady were always available and are super nice. Anytime again. Thx

Very beautiful house with sea view, specious, complementary parking, very professionally managed. Host is flexible to give early check in as it was available and came to meet us. Cleaning is as you can expect, full kitchen and nice feel when you are at house. Only challenge is to go and come back from central as it is steep up/ downhill so if you are not willing to walk take care. I am my family enjoyed this place will definitely recommend.

We stayed at Anna's place for 10 days. The apartment is very clean and cozy. In addition, it has everything you need. The location is very convenient: only a few minutes to the sea. Anna was very kind, responded quickly and even left us breakfast! We were impressed with the hospitality. There is good internet in the apartment, so I could work without any problems. It is also convenient to park the car. I will recommend Anna to my friends!

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Nice flat! Only stayed for a night, but hosts were easygoing and helpful. Easy parking, nice location, very comfortable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming Airbnb in Slovenia, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The location was a couple minute drive from the pretty main square in Sezana. We used this Airbnb as a base to visit Piran, Venice, Postojna Caves and Predjama Castle. The apartment itself was cozy and inviting, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like a home away from home, with thoughtful touches that made our time there even more enjoyable. Our host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We had a slight language barrier but it was no problem. Overall, this Airbnb was a fantastic base for exploring the beautiful Kraz region and nearby attractions. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delightful stay in Slovenia!

The host Manuel was top - great local tips, clear communication- and the house was wonderful. Perfect for a break to recharge and relax. Local food and wine options highly recommended.

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

Too bad the stars only get to 5, because Rossella's apartment deserves 10! Everything is taken care of in every detail, impeccable cleanliness, breakfast and welcome chocolates! It was like feeling at home!! Vote 10!!

Everything was great ;) we felt very comfortable: whether beach, padel, tennis or a drink at the bar in the evening - the accommodation was just great for our family vacation for six.

Nice apartement in the outskirts of Porec, at walking distance to the beaches. There is a living room with kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a modern bathroom with shower. There is also a terrace for private use, with a table, facing the direction of the sea. Renata was very helpful, and I spent a great week-end here.

Everything was in order, good accommodation, fully equipped, close to the beach. Parking spot, on the other hand, is hard to find all over Grado

Communication with Ilaria was very friendly, apartment is comfortable. We spent most of the time at the sea so I cannot say anything about the surroundings, except that there were mosquitos but windows have protection screens so no problem inside. Climatisation is great benefit as well!

Ennio' place is a lovely place, with everything we needed. We spent 5 days here and it was a very great, peaceful holiday. Only one minor comment: Th mattress of the bed was too soft. The village is beautiful, and the closeness of Trieste is very comfortable. 100% recommend, we will definitely come back here!

we had 10 wonderful days in Andrej's apartment. The terrace is a dream to have breakfast or read in the evening, etc. The surroundings were very quiet with us. The apartment has a very cleverly designed and designed space concept in which we quickly felt very comfortable and at home. Andrej helped us very quickly with all questions. The journey was no problem for us by car to unload luggage, as we have a very small car. If you still need a stroller, a small light model is more practical, as the steps are quite narrow to carry a stroller into the apartment. We enjoyed the stay overall and would be happy to come back

Katharina is an excellent host. The apartment is perfectly equipped and the hot tub on the terrace overlooking the book of Koper is a highlight. We had a great rest and enjoyed the time. Thanks so much. Absolute recommendation.
