Our bright studio apartment is located on the third floor of a small building (without a lift!) in a quiet street in the centre, a stone's throw from the Minimetrò and all the main points of interest. Delightful and intimate two-room apartment just renovated, in the heart of the historic center of Perugia, in front of the Roman aqueduct and 50 meters from the Etruscan Arch and the University of the Foreigners, very close to all areas of interest including the Cathedral, Corso Vannucci, the Fontana Maggiore, the Rectorate and the Morlacchi theater, as well as premises, restaurants and shops. Super last minute

My place in Porta Sole is in the highest Perugia historic center area, close to public transports, a few steps from Piazza Dante, Piazza Italia, Piazza IV Novembre and Corso Vannucci. You will like my accommodation because the area is super quiet, the atmosphere is unique, and outdoor spaces with Umbrian cultures' will leave you breathless. My accommodation is suitable for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families (with children) and also for our small & polite hairy friends (pets).

Really nice top floor studio-flat behind the Town Hall and the Fontana Maggiore the main city center' square. The flat is in the most sacred old town'street, on the 4th floor of a medioeval building with no lift. It has an independent kitchen, mosaic bathroom and a nice terrace with a gorgeous view to eat and get tanned! The flat has just been renovated with wodden floor, new beds and fully equipped kitchen, wi-fi and TV. Towels and bed linen are included! Have a nice staying!

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo.
