Charming apartment in the former Hotel Astoria in the Frankenberg district. The apartment is lovingly furnished and offers everything one needs for a stay outside of your own home. The kitchen corner is equipped with a toaster , kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, stove, fridge and all kinds of everyday needs. The 140m x200m new box spring bed ,as well as a table with chairs and a double sofa complete the living space. As a small "highlight", a small bay window invites you to have a magnificent view of the Oppenhoffallee. Amenities also include a small stereo system, a TV and Wi-Fi. In the bathroom there is a separate toilet and a bathtub with rain shower. The apartment has 30 square meters is on the 3rd floor with an elevator.

In consultation, use of family garden. Apartment on 1st floor. 2nd floor inhabited and given the nature of the building it is not mouse quiet.

A bright, individually furnished apartment with private entrance and garden use, double bed, sitting area and table awaits you. Quiet and central location. There is a kitchenette with fridge and coffee maker, coffee, tea. In the bathroom you will find towels and hair dryer. Electric blinds in front of the windows. WiFi available. It is located in a very quiet street opposite the Karmanauditorium of the University of RWTH Aachen University, very central city location, 5 minutes walk to the market square, town hall and Aachen Cathedral with many restaurants and cafes and cultural offerings.

Annastraße is a car-free zone that has become one of Aachen's most popular and beautiful pedestrian streets with beautiful shops and a couple of nice cafes.
