The 200sqm flat is located in "Frankenberger Viertel", a trendy area of Aachen. Hardwood Floors, high Stucco ceilings, old wooden doors, a private patio - perfect for a weekend in the city with your family or friends or for a business trip. Good for a little celebration, not for party groups though. Most of my neighbors are quiet families and the house is quiet at night and has a 22:00 curfew. Discounts possible after one night. Het Punthuisje: Nature & Spa, away from the crowd

Away from the mainstream holiday parks. No crowds of people. No traffic, no noise, no community pool or kids disco. Lots of beautiful nature, fishing ponds, endless walking and cycling paths and nice restaurants nearby. The Punthuisje is a unique Aframe cabin completely renovated with natural materials and lots of luxury, including a private wellness garden. For an adventurous weekend away or a day and night in the middle of nature at Park Sonnevijver in Rekem - Belgium, close to Maastricht.

Boarding Aachen

Our green island in central location allows a comfortable living on 63qm. The fully renovated old building of an old customs house offers high ceilings and a pleasant indoor climate. The large garden or a red wine at the end of the day under the roofed terrace is also relaxing. In addition to a visit to the Carolus Thermen, we also recommend the historic old town of Aachen or a trip to the Eifel National Park. The campus of the RWTH Aachen is about 10km away - the CHIO area is closer.

Please write to me if your appointment is not available. You can expect 2 beautiful bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (160 × 200). In addition, 1 sleeping loft (140 × 200) and 1 very comfortable sofa bed (130 × 200) as well as a large sofa bed (150 × 200) and the double bed (160 × 200) in the garden room. In addition, a modern kitchen, a chic bathroom with windows and a furnished terrace. Private items are kept to a minimum. 5 min walk to Eurogress or Tivoli, 15 min to town hall/cathedral.

Eynattener Mühle apartment

In the middle of nature and yet central (not far from Aachen, Eupen, Maastricht, Liège) We rent a 70 m² apartment with a separate entrance on our farm (Eynattener Mühle), consisting of a large living-dining kitchen, a large bedroom, a small living-bedroom (single bed 185 x 85 cm), a bathroom. There is room for 3 adults and 1 baby (crib available). An outdoor seating area, directly by the Göhle, is available for our guests.

Would you like to spend a weekend or longer in Aachen? We have a cosy apartment for you. It is located in the centre of Aachen, about 5–7 minutes' walk to Aachen Cathedral, Carolus Thermen, Stadt Park, Christmas market. Chio is about 2 km away by car or 20–30 minutes on foot through a beautiful city park. From 01/01/2026, the city of Aachen will charge €2.50 per person per night. The fee is payable on arrival.

Sunny & comfortable One-Room-Apartment in Aachen

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
