In addition, a modern kitchen, a chic bathroom with windows and a furnished terrace. Private items are kept to a minimum. 5 min walk to Eurogress or Tivoli, 15 min to town hall/cathedral.

In addition to old ship parquet, a stucco ceiling adorns the large, bright living room with sofa bed and dining table. The apartment has its own terrace and a large parking space is also right in front of the door. Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.
