You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Unsere moderne Zweitwohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Aachen in direkter Nähe zum Rathaus. In 2 Gehminuten erreicht man das Aachener Studentenviertel mit vielen günstigen Restaurants, Bars und einem Supermarkt. Bei einer Mietdauer von mehr als 90 Tagen unterbreiten wir gerne ein individuelles Angebot. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, 44 qm groß und befindet sich zur alleinigen Nutzung in der 3. Etage. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein 1,80x2,00m Boxspringbett und das Bad ist frisch renoviert.

It is located on the edge of a small idyllic vacation home settlement. The house was completely renovated and newly designed with a lot of love. Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

The apartment is about 7 kilometers from Aachen city center, about 7 kilometers from Raeren and about 15 kilometers from Eupen. Some of the junction hikes in East Belgium lead directly past us.
