Beautiful place, extremely well stocked kitchen. Great backyard setting. Would highly recommend .

Great location. Walking distance to Cocksdorp. At the edge of the park, therefore a nice view and tranquility. Easily traveled by car. Three bathrooms, so good for groups (in our case three families) and yet privacy and private place.

A comfortable and nicely furnished house, with every comfort! Beautiful surroundings with good hiking trails. It was also great for the children, nice outside rabbits on the property. Highly recommendable!

Really a nice and cozy stay with a lovely view on garden and nature. You can walk onto the heath in no time. Everything that is needed is also present in the garden everything perfect. The outdoor kitchen can also be used with rain due to the spacious canopy. Friendly hostess who also responds quickly to the app.

The welcome from Reinder and Inge was fine. Easy to reach and thoughtful on all fronts. The accommodation was super clean and private. Definitely recommended if you want to enjoy peace and quiet and the beautiful Frisian landscape near the Wadden Sea.

I stayed here for a sowing week alone, including a number of individual (hiking)coaching sessions with Eda. So a private retreat! It is a wonderfully quiet place and super luxurious that you have both the yurt (with cozy crackling fire) and a gypsy wagon with kitchenette and bathroom at your disposal. And then also the dome, a kind of dome, where you can sit out of the wind during the day. Fantastic though! Can't wait to come back here 🧡☺️👍👌🌿

We had wonderful days! A very comfortable cottage that was not lacking, in a very quiet area, in the middle of the meadow. A short distance from Leeuwarden. Very friendly owners. Highly recommended!

Robert and Nienke's place was the perfect getaway from city life. The national forest and surrounding farm lands were picturesque. Their cottage was perfect for our family of five and dog. Spacious living area and comfortable beds.

After the very friendly welcome by Helen and her husband with helpful tips, we felt very comfortable in the cottage. The beautiful landscape invites you to stroll. In close proximity there are also beautiful towns (Leeuwarden and Harlingen) that are worth visiting. There are also various good restaurants here, some of which we visited and were never disappointed. All in all a nice and relaxing holiday, but unfortunately - as always - too short :-)

We arrived a little late at location after a long day of work. This was not a problem for the great host and hostess. We were warmly welcomed in the evening and we felt right at home. The cottage was above expectations. You absolutely don't feel like you're at someone's home. Our first evening went wonderfully after a good home-cooked meal with all the necessities for a culinary feat. The next day we hardly got out of our bed because it was so nice. Ba some tips from the host we could take a super nice walk in the adjacent forest. Saved at sabrina's tip to a delicious restaurant. Really nice to be away from it all. We are helped with a warm welcome by these wonderful people with their beautiful and especially sweet dogs. This cottage is a number 1 recommended by us!! Hopefully, until soon and thank you!

Beautiful play area, very large with pool table dart board ping pong table. In addition, a sauna and plunge pool, luxurious cottage.

Annemarie is a fabulous host - super friendly and kind. We had a lovely stay! The little house was great, well equipped kitchen, lovely dining and seating area, super comfy bed and couch. Lovely terrace with views over the fields, beautiful sunsets. The lambs were precious! We will be back 😊 Thank you Annemarie!

Really good little tent, mostly facing away from others on the site. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. My sleep was only disturbed by the wind making it a bit flappy, but that's to be expected with a tent. Excellent value.

Our stay at Matthias would definitely have earned 6 out of 5 stars! A sparkling clean room, a beautiful garden to sit in the sun and so friendly, warm hosts. Matthias and his partner go out of their way to make you feel at home as a guest, even if you stay just for a night like us. Her house and garden are designed with a lot of love for detail, which you can feel directly with the excellent breakfast, which leaves nothing to be desired. We will be happy to come back, then for a longer stay! Thank you so much, you perfectly rounded out our getaway!

Very nice B&B. Very neat and clean. Matthias is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very tasty and was already there for us when we came out of the room. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely relaxing weekend! The place itself is incredibly beautiful: the unobstructed view over the meadow, the peace and quiet and all modern amenities. The garden room is practical and nice to stay "in the evening or "in the morning, the tent was spacious and tidy and the breakfast was delicious. Nearby, there is plenty to do, so we went kayaking in the Linde, we visited Wolvega and we went hiking at 2 dolmens. We had a great weekend! Not to mention: the BBQ and the hot tub were really an addition to our weekend. Beautiful under the stars!

We had a wonderful stay in the Buitenhuis van Christi. The communication went smoothly and smoothly and when we had a small problem in the cottage at the end of our vacation this was immediately resolved. All in all highly recommended.

We were very warmly welcomed by Hermann! Finding the place was easy. All around, the park is still being built - but you don't notice any of it at the house!! It is very idyllic and quiet. Exactly what we were looking for. For our daughter, the biggest experience was seeing the cows grazing in the pasture! You had a direct view from the window or You could sit on the bench and sat 5 meters away :) We felt very comfortable - thank you for everything!

Such a nice, peaceful and cosy place! We stayed here to discover the Lauwersmeer with its variety of birds. It was lovely to start the day peaceful and end it cosy at Hans-Eriks place. Definitely would recommend! Would love to come back in a different season as well.

Our stay with Ymke was very nice. The location is perfect – around the corner are Leeuwarden and Harlingen, ideal for a nice getaway or if you want to find the hustle and bustle. As a couple who likes to cook, we were especially excited about the kitchen. We had brought our own knives, but otherwise everything was really provided to prepare a delicious meal. We would love to come back here to recover from the hustle and bustle in our hectic life in peace.

This is the best Airbnb we've stayed in. It's a fabulous home with a beautiful garden and is in a quiet location with lovely views over the Friesland countryside. Geertje is a wonderful host. Just perfect.🙂

Our stay with Nanda and Peter was in a nutshell! The polite reception and a short but precise introduction to the property made us feel right at home. The AirBnB offers everything as advertised and it is even more beautiful than the pictures suggest. Communication worked great and we were given tips and recommendations for the area. The combination of a nice and privacy-respecting family next door, the opportunity to interact with the trustworthy animals and the quiet environment make the AirBnB unique. An absolute recommendation for every animal and nature lover. Thank you for everything and hopefully until soon!

Caroline and Jan are super friendly hosts! Their amazing rustic accomodation almost makes you feel like you have home back in time. We loved that it was dog friendly too. We visited in April/May and the temperature was perfect but I think it would be quite warm in summer without airco. Saying that - if you are looking for peace and quiet and 10-20 minutes from amazing locations in Friesland; look no further!!! Would recommend!

Great and modern house with different levels and a really very nice decor style. Everything you need. We had a wonderful stay.
