Cozy vacation cottage in Woudsend

A lovely, cozy (complete privacy) vacation home in the beautiful Frisian water sports village of Woudsend. The village is located in the heart of the Frisian lake district; you will be staying with the harbor master of Woudsend, Corine. The cottage's flower garden (butterfly garden) offers plenty of privacy and is situated right below the 't Lam corn mill. Come here to relax with your loved one, away from the hustle and bustle; you will find peace and quiet here, and you will be awakened by the titmouses, blackbirds, and sparrows (sometimes on Sundays by the church bells). Comfortable vacation home with fireplace

This comfortable holiday home, with a fenced garden, is located directly on the Drents-Friese Wold. The house is located in a park without facilities/entrance gate or rules. The houses in the park are both permanently occupied and rented out for holidays. You can go hiking, cycling and mountain biking to your heart's content in the area. Cities such as Assen, Leeuwarden and Groningen are easily accessible. The house is fully and stylishly furnished and invites you to relax with a book by the fireplace.

Hoeve Vertrouwen

You are welcome to stay on our organic snowdrop farm all year round. From December through April you will be able to enjoy thousands of snowdrops, stinsenplants, and a free tour around the nursery. We are far from the hustle and bustle of the city but still within easy reach of local towns, villages and attractions. The farm is a beautiful and quiet spot, in the middle of the Noord-Holland countryside of the Wieringermeer polder. Our own small green piece of paradise. We hope to see you soon!

The Landscape

In this luxurious spacious home, you will experience rural life at its best! With a magnificent view over the countryside in the characteristic landscape of the Frisian Forests, it is wonderful to relax. Even from your bed, you can enjoy the great views and a beautiful sunrise. Who knows, you might spot deer, cows, birds and hares in the meadow. Enjoy the alpacas in the yard. The Landzicht is a great starting point to explore the area. Located near nature reserves, Drachten and the A7.

Historical bakery in Wergea close to Leeuwarden

The historic bakery from 1663 in Wergea is 15 minutes by car from the center of Leeuwarden. The house is completely restored and equipped with all the comforts. The decor is a combination of warm colors, materials, modern and classic furniture, with many home accessories. It is often compared to a Charles Dickens atmosphere. Because the house is in the middle of Fryslân, it is perfect for excursions, in addition to relaxing and enjoying. But of course also wonderful to go to Leeuwarden.

Equipped with solar panels, it offers sustainable comfort for families or couples seeking nature, light, and relaxation—whether for peaceful days by the water, active outdoor moments, or cozy evenings by the fireplace, all year round.

Gather in our spacious, cozy private residence within walking distance of the Wadden Sea. The perfect place to cook together and dine extensively with beloved friends or family. You can drink your wine by the fireplace or in the grape greenhouse, where you can sit comfortably outside all year round. Also in the large garden (with private parking) it is wonderful to stay in good weather. Base for the Wadden Islands, Harlingen, Leeuwarden and the Frisian lakes.

Nice house on the Boarne, near the Frisian lakes

Our house is a small but very nice house. From the jetty, you can board the boat and sail towards the Frisian lakes. The house is very quiet and is equipped with every comfort. You can stay comfortably with 4 people at the Wjitteringswei. The beds are wonderful. They are now set up as a double bed but can also be set up as 4 single beds. Wi-Fi is of course also available. And above all, a fantastic view. Check-in from 3 p.m. and check-out until 12 p.m.

The Carriage House near Leeuwarden

Rural location on the Elfsteden route, on the edge of the Leeuwarder forest we rent out our "6 person coach house". The former coach house we have converted into a beautiful apartment and is next to our farm with private terrace on the south. Do you want to stay in a quiet environment where nature plays the main role then this apartment is for you. We, Ate and Gerda are owners since 2016 and have made our farm in Jelsum completely sustainable.

This uniquely located workers' cottage, dating from 1908, is located at the rear of Sneek's historic central station. You can walk to the supermarket within 1 minute and within 5 minutes to the center of Sneek with cozy terraces, shops and restaurants. When you check in, you can take a key to the house from the key box at the bottom left by the front door, and the entire property will be at your disposal!
