A south-facing backyard with a sheltered terrace. French doors from the kitchen/dining area give access to the garden and terrace. In the shed, there are two bicycles that can be used for trips. The house and the furnishings are in good condition, new Swiss Sence Boxspring bed, comfortable sofa, dining table overlooking the garden.

You can moor your boat at the permanent jetty of the house. The house is modern and luxuriously furnished with a modern kitchen and 3 bedrooms for 5 persons. 2 bedrooms have a box-spring bed (160x200), and there is 1 bed for children. Bed linen and towels are optionally available for rent (€20 per person).

The 2 city parks Prinsentuin and Vossenpark are around the corner and you can almost see the famous Tower of the Oldenhove from the garden. The house is in a side street of the shopping street Sint Jacobsstraat.
