Bungalow holiday rentals in Friesland

Froukje is a great host and gave us a really great stay! With 3 bedrooms, the property is perfect for 5 adult guests. We particularly liked the fenced and really beautifully designed garden. The run was perfect for our dog. For us people, there is a sitting lounge, loungers and a nice outdoor seating area. Also win barbecue is available as well as bicycles which can be used. In 5 minutes you can reach the supermarket as well as downtown Lemmer by bike.

Sieske, it was a very nice stay at your cottage. There was a lot of space, good beds and a nice garden (also for the dogs). We had beautiful weather and enjoyed the beautiful island. Definitely recommended.

It was a very nice cottage and so perfectly located. The owner acted very kindly when there were misunderstandings with payments. And also during the stay she was very available and helpful. Highly recommended. Nice bed, nice fenced garden for the dog, cozily furnished.

We had a very nice week in Lemmer as a family with a dog. The house is lovingly decorated and there was nothing missing. Our dog was welcome and the garden is fully fenced as described.

Wonderful five days before Christmas can get a breath of fresh air and then warm up in this cozy bungalow. Amenities within walking distance. Marjan is a great host, responds quickly.

We had a great time at the house in Ballum and on Ameland! The house is as described and for us it was just right with 2 families and with grandma! Great that everything is at ground level and there were two bathrooms and three toilets! There was everything we needed! We would come back!

I stayed at the property for two weeks and had a nice time on Texel. The bungalow is located on the outskirts of a small village from where you can explore the island wonderfully – on foot and by car. Everything necessary is available in the bungalow, my dog and I felt very comfortable. The garden is very nice, with a fence it would be perfect with dog. :) The wifi was also great for working.

It was a great holiday with everything we needed... tennis, boating in Giethoorn and a lot of NATURE!!!

Great contact with Antonia, easy self check-in, everything is easily accessible by bus, beach is about a 15-minute walk away, restaurants and supermarkets are about a 5-10 minute walk. We were on site with our Bernese mountain dog (dogs are welcome). Since you can't just carry the big heavy dog up the then rather narrow spiral staircase up into the bedrooms, the dog should be used to sleeping alone. There are four single beds available, the beds can be easily pushed together, but just as easily slide apart again 😅 The bedding was clean and was even welded in foil by Antonia for the freshness, which also means that the beds have to be made on their own. There is everything you need. The bathroom is also clean, but here you should keep the puller ready, otherwise there is a risk of flooding 😅 Everything's great :) 👍

What a nice cottage in a nice place on a beautiful island. And then also such a friendly and helpful host. Miscommunication with the manager around the cleaning, she resolved perfectly.

Simple cottage, but well equipped with what you need for a few days. Stove worked excellently, space was hot quickly.

Beautiful place in a quiet area. A little further away is also a nice farm shop. Garden was wonderful. Leeuwarden and Harlingen very close. We slept well. Nice cottage. Dave was always helpful. The arrival instructions are very clear and easy. We'd love to come back.

Jenneke is very friendly and helpful. We had an amazing relaxing time and hopefully can come back some day. The house is spacious with a nice outside area, weather permitting. I just love Dwingeloo.

This house was perfect for our stay on Texel. The only issue we had (missing coffee jug) was dealt with immediately. Check in was OK though very little information was given (location / parking / bins / check out procedures not indicated) however the house was in very good condition throughout, clean and well equipped. Kitchen is small but well provisioned and the bathroom is excellent. We were a multigenerational family group and the property offered enough space to both be together but also not be on top of each other all the time. The downstairs WC / bedroom for the older part of our party was also ideal. Secure bike storage with power points or e-bikes is great - these can easily be hired nearby too. There is a small but very well stocked supermarket within easy walk. Bike hire, bakery and a few restaurants also nearby. For a longer walk aim for the lighthouse! The coast path to Oudeschild is a beautiful cycle but watch out for the headwind on the way back!

We booked the place for 1 week & were very satisfied! 6 bikes were available, plenty of sleeping places & a super nice garden where we sat every day! When we arrived in the accommodation, someone explained to us exactly where we can find the keys, etc. What we also loved was that the owners Wolfgang & Matrina had their house right next door & went on vacation ourselves, which is why questions were answered quickly on site but also via messages!
