The cozy cottage impresses with lots of charm and comfort. Another highlight in addition to the sauna is the stream that flows through the property and gives the whole a relaxed atmosphere. Whether peace seekers, nature lovers or those interested in culture – everyone will find their retreat here.

The spacious attic apartment (3rd floor) "Oskar" is located right in the heart of Bregenz. Within a few minutes walk (400 m) is the Pfänderbahn (the Bregenz local mountain), the harbor incl. Train station as well as the center of downtown Bregenz. The large bedrooms as well as the spacious living and dining area give the old building in the middle of the city of Bregen a lot of charm and are therefore the ideal place for staying at Lake Constance or Vorarlberg.

We spent four years, till 2017, lovingly restoring our home and the adjacent apartment, using only the best ecological materials. (eg. wood-fiber insulation, as well as clay plaster on all the inside walls.)
