Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Sehr zentral in Friedrichshafen - Uferpromenade, Bahnhof, Restaurants, Bäcker, Supermarkt und Schiffe sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Zur Messe und zum Flughafen sind es jeweils nur ca. 5 km. Ideal für Urlauber, Geschäftsreisende und Messebesucher. Schnelles WLAN ist vorhanden.

Sie verbringen Ihren Aufenthalt in einer farbenfrohen und gemütlichen Ferienwohnung, welche über einen privaten Eingang verfügt. Auf der 20 qm großen, überdachten Terrasse mit Lounge vor der Wohnung, können Sie den Blick in den Garten genießen, grillen, essen oder einfach ihre Seele baumeln lassen. Die ca. 54 qm große Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss unseres 2-Familien-Hauses. Alle Fenster der Ferienwohnung sind mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden.

Central, chic and quiet apartment on the 2nd floor, 5 minutes from the city train station. There is a REWE (untilm12pm), post office and bakery. In addition to the box spring bed, there is a high quality sofa bed with a full mattress (160cm wide). There is a modern washing. The single garage with electr. Gate is in the courtyard. Two balconies invite you to have breakfast and linger. The lake with the shore park is 100m away, the ferry and ships are 400m away. Perfect location!

The apartment is freshly renovated, very bright through the large windows and modernly furnished. Living room is the attic and has mountain and lake views. The bus stops towards Friedrichshafen and direction Meersburg / Überlingen are right outside the door. The lake is 5 min and the outdoor swimming pool is 3 minutes walking distance. There are various restaurants (hotels, Thai snack bar, pizzeria, etc.) in the area and all within walking distance.

Newly renovated apartment in a central and quiet location of Friedrichshafen, approx. 300 meters to Lake Constance, 5 minutes' walk to the old town, bus station, train, ferry, restaurants and shopping. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a double bed or two single beds and is suitable for 4 people. Guest Wi-Fi and bicycle parking are also available. Another apartment for 2-3 guests is located in the attic and can also be booked via this portal.

Quiet, sunny 3-room apartment within walking distance of Lake Constance and the old town. Modern, new, fully equipped fitted kitchen, kitchen with small balcony. In the bedroom there is a double bed (180 x 200 cm) with a large wardrobe. In addition, there is a new sofa bed in the living room (160 x 200 cm). Another extra bed is available in the dining room.

Das Haus ist ca. 500 Meter von der Messe Friedrichshafen und ca. 3 km von der Stadtmitte Friedrichshafen entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle liegt in nur 100 Meter Entfernung.
