Beautiful, modern and bright apartment near the lake

The apartment is freshly renovated, very bright through the large windows and modernly furnished. Living room is the attic and has mountain and lake views. The bus stops towards Friedrichshafen and direction Meersburg / Überlingen are right outside the door. The lake is 5 min and the outdoor swimming pool is 3 minutes walking distance. There are various restaurants (hotels, Thai snack bar, pizzeria, etc.) in the area and all within walking distance.

Apartment to relax... small but nice

A small charming apartment in the basement awaits you. Due to two windows, it is bright and pleasantly cool on hot summer days. From our place, it is not far to the lake, directly to Friedrichshafen (travel time by car approx. 10 minutes). The fair, airport and the Zeppelin hangar are also not far away. There are many shops and restaurants in our village. The beautiful Lake Constance, the Alps and the Allgäu can be explored very well from here.

With 5 rooms, it offers plenty of space for large families or groups of friends. The equipped kitchen has modern appliances, including a stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. Cooking utensils and dishes are also provided. There is both a dining area in the apartment and a courtyard with the possibility to eat outdoors.
