Lake Constance can be reached in 10 minutes on foot from here. There is a great lake and outdoor swimming pool or a recreation area with free access. The fully signposted Lake Constance cycle path, one of the most popular cycle paths in Europe, runs around 260 kilometers along the lakeshore. There are beautiful hiking trails for nature lovers or as a starting point for many attractions around Lake Constance such as Meersburg, Constance, stilt houses, the Bregenz Festival, Mainau Island, and much more.

The university/DHBW is a 25-minute walk. Parking is available for car, bike. There are shops in the area. Restaurants are within walking distance.

The apartment is ideal for arriving without a car, train station, bus station, ships are within walking distance. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of an apartment building overlooking Lake Constance and the mountains. Unfortunately, Airbnb sometimes shows the apartment in the wrong place. For example, look for Flowers Sen, which is the actual location.

Our apartment is located directly on the beautiful Uferpark and the lively promenade. It is ideally located between the train station and the city centre, directly on the Lake Constance cycle path. Shops for daily needs, train station, bus station, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. are within a few minutes' walk. The fair is 4 km away. With private car parking space, lockable bicycle cellar and air conditioning.
