Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Friedrichshafen

Very well laid out house, beautiful decoration, lots of storage, in a well-maintained and bucolic shared garden. Markus and San Dra are lovely and very responsive hosts. We had a very pleasant week, perfect place to discover this beautiful region.

With easy access and welcoming messages this characterful house was quickly home from home. The property is well maintained and furniture and fittings are of good quality..The kitchen is lovely and very well equipped. The location of the house is very convenient for public transport and easy walking distance to Lake Constance, a local well stocked supermarket and local bakery / cafe. As dog owners, the special welcome for our pet was much appreciated and the good sized well fenced garden was a great asset. The outside seating area was wonderful in the sunshine. Definitely a happy place to stay.

A wonderful house with veranda and seating, located directly on the lake shore with a swing; all around trees, reeds, birds, view of the water, access to the lake. Everything is available in the kitchen and bathroom. Despite the rainy weather, I found the surroundings and the view of the lake extremely attractive, I felt very comfortable in the house and the surroundings. I'd love to come back!

The house is ideal for 2-3 people and is located in a quiet street. From the terrace, you have a beautiful wide view of meadows and trees. Everything was very well maintained and clean. It's great that there are toiletry and care products as well as cleaning products in sufficient quantities and even a "minibar" is offered if you arrive later or have forgotten something. The carport offers so much space that you can also park bicycles. A great starting point to explore Ravensburg, Bald Waldsee, Bad Wurzach, etc. Communication with Manuel was flawless and super fast. We will be happy to come back.

We stayed at Eden Cottage for 3 nights in mid June, as a family of 4 adults and our dog. Big thanks to our host Martina, who was very prompt and supportive with any of our requests. Checking into the house was very easy, and all house rules were clearly communicated. A Things-To-Do folder made it easy for spontaneous activity ideas. The house is well located in the countryside of Stein am Rhein, and is very close to supermarkets. The railway station, Rhine river and old town are within 10-15 minutes walking distance. The house itself is ideal for 4 people and a pet. All amenities are available, and the interior decor is great and thoughtful. The large garden is beautiful with many plants and trees. Our dog really enjoyed himself exploring around the garden. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again!

We rented the place for a company event (we needed 5 bedroom). The place is easily accessible, we all had a double bed. We had mentioned we wanted to use the BBQ if the weather would allow it. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by the host and they had already started the fire pit for us to grill that evening. The living room and dining area was spacious and could accommodate all us of (5 adults) without problem.

Right from the start, Janin was "eating good cherries"😁 - consistently likeable communication, helpful and generously accommodating when it comes to pre-check-in and very late checkout 🫶🏻 The house has everything and more we needed for a nice family weekend! The location is ideally suited for hikes from the house. We come back to everyday life

I had a wonderful stay. Everything was as described, and the place was clean and comfortable. The host was very kind and helpful, making the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay.

We were now at Kathrin's great, colourful apartment for the 2nd time. This time, fortunately, no rain, so we could enjoy the terrace, garden, Hollywood swing, simply the comfort of the apartment to the fullest. Great apartment, ideally located for a few days at the lake. Beautiful lake beaches like in Fischbach can be reached in 10 minutes by car. We will definitely come back a 3rd time.

It's a really super fun tiny house. Creatively made with high-quality materials. A big advantage is the bedroom in the basement, which is wonderfully cool in the summer. There is also plenty of heating available to make it pleasant in colder times. Plenty of restaurants within a few minutes' walk. I had a very nice stay here.

The accommodation was very good and practical for us as a family with a small child. Baby bed, high chair and baby dishes were available. The covered terrace was also great for enjoying the evenings. Small, but nice and without a lot of frills - we thought it was great! 😊

It was a super apartment with beautiful views. There were "Bodensee cards" on the table in front of us without any explanation from the host about the use of these cards. Unfortunately, we didn't know what to do with it. We went to the Info in Sipplingen the day after. Fortunately, we received all the answers for the use of our cards. Unfortunately, we couldn't dispose of our waste anywhere, because the waste containers were already full on arrival. Even after 12 days, we were unable to lose any weight. So we took everything and threw it away at different supermarkets. For the rest, we had a pleasant stay in the apartment. Tip: possibly sun protection at the dining room table. It is very annoying when you look at the sun at breakfast and you have to put all your "fridge" stuff in the sun. There is an oven, so a few oven gloves would also not be a superfluous luxury.

Sissy is a lovely hostess. A warm welcome and a very relaxed atmosphere characterise the stay. We were allowed to come at noon and also sit in the garden in front of the house after the mentioned time of checkout and have a cosy breakfast. The whole guest area is very clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. We were only there for a short time, but you could have cooked there very well. I left with a happy heart and I will definitely come back.

We were very satisfied with the great accommodation and the smooth service. Ralph was always reachable. The location is absolutely great and you can reach the promenade in a few minutes. Very recommended.

We had a great time in Carola's apartment, which was a wonderful starting point for our bike tours. The well-equipped kitchen and the view of the greenery are highlights of the accommodation. Communication with Carola also went smoothly.

We had a great stay at Marcus and Lana's place. The apartment is lovely, and it was spotless. The location is great, especially for wine lovers, as there are many wineries accessible on foot! ;) There was a private parking space, and the location allows you to reach many tourist points on the Bodensee by car quite quickly. The neighbourhood is very peaceful. We did not bike, but the location seemed great for it, and there was even a bike rental nearby. Overall, we had a great time and we would come back again. Definitely recommend it!

We booked to spend a weekend with friends. Thomas's accommodation is perfect, charming and well-equipped. It takes a little more than ten minutes to walk to the centre, but the place is quiet and the view of the lake is breathtaking.

If I could, it would award 10 stars. You feel at home with Barbara and Sepp. The apartment is tastefully decorated and super clean. The facilities leave nothing to be desired. Keep it up and thank you for a few wonderful days in your apartment.

We had a very nice week and a half. Only the kitchen and fridge were smaller than expected; but no problem. The attic room in particular invited you to read and play.

Elke is a very nice and accommodating host. She has a lot to make her guests feel comfortable. The apartment is optimal for 2 persons. It has everything you need. We will be happy to come back. (were not there FOR THE FIRST TIME and guaranteed not the LAST TIME either)...🫠
