We look forward to seeing guests in our cozy apartment. The Finkennest is located in a quiet residential area in Friedrichshafen, Manzell district, only approx. 10 minutes' walk (700 m) from the lakeshore (shore path by the lake, no lido). The campus by the lake of the ZU is also within 10 minutes' walk. But nevertheless, the city center is within 14 minutes comfortably by city bus, the exhibition grounds in about 30 minutes without changing trains. Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Here you will be enthroned high up with a magnificent view over the lake to the Alps. Ideal for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A great starting point for excursions by bike or on foot in the beautiful surroundings. It's only a few minutes down the mountain to the lake. Here you can take the ferry to Meersburg, and the island of Mainau is not far away either. The beautiful, long riverside path or the free, direct bus (approx. 15 min.) will take you to the city.

Sehr zentral in Friedrichshafen - Uferpromenade, Bahnhof, Restaurants, Bäcker, Supermarkt und Schiffe sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Zur Messe und zum Flughafen sind es jeweils nur ca. 5 km. Ideal für Urlauber, Geschäftsreisende und Messebesucher. Schnelles WLAN ist vorhanden.

Der Bodensee ist von hier aus in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt ein tolles See- und Freibad oder auch ein Freizeitgelände mit kostenlosem Zutritt. Der durchgehend beschilderte Bodensee-Radweg, als einer der beliebtesten Radwege Europas führt rund 260 Kilometer entlang des Seeufers. Es gibt wunderschöne Wanderwege für Naturliebhaber oder als Ausgangspunkt für viele Sehenswürdigkeiten rund um den Bodensee wie Meersburg, Konstanz, Pfahlbauten, Bregenzer Festspiele, Insel Mainau, uvm.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Experience top comfort in our freshly renovated WAKAN Suites attic apartment, just steps from Lake Constance and the charming old town. The high-quality features include a king-size bed, sofa bed, modern kitchen, and air conditioning for a pleasant indoor climate. The garden with seasonal pool and sauna is located in the neighboring house and can be used by guests. Pool is seasonal. Sauna available from November to April, use upon request. Baby cot available on request.

From 01.01.2023: Tourist tax (Echt Bodensee Card) is included in the price.

Lakeside house

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland on the Säntis and the Zeppelin city of "Friedrichshafen." For 8 years we have been successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people to us, who would also like to book our whole house. That's why we decided to make our whole house available to nice guests from Easter 22.
