Welcome to a spacious and cosy house in a popular central area! There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor and large common areas on the first floor. The heart of the house is the open-plan living room and kitchen. The home has two bathrooms, one on each floor. They are older in terms of standard, but fully functional and practical during your stay. Outside, you will find a large garden and lovely outdoor areas. The house is not newly renovated, and the standard is somewhat basic in some places. In return, you get plenty of space and a great location

The location is right in the center, but still protected from noise from the city's nightlife. Shops, restaurants and all that the city has to offer of various facilities can be found in the immediate vicinity. Cozy house, rural and close to the sea - child-friendly.

Boligen ligger inngjerdet under et stort kastanjetre med egen hage. Egen parkering for 3 biler. Det er 7 -8 km til Fredrikstad eller Sarpsborg sentrum. Buss til Fredrikstad 1 gang i timen. Grunnflaten i 1. etasje er ca. 115m². Her er det to store soverom, kjøkken, stue, vaskerom og et nyrenovert bad. 2. etasje har to soverom. Soveplass/spiseplass til 10 personer. Barnestol og sprinkelseng til barn er tilgjengelig. Vi bor selv rett ved siden av utleiehuset, og ønsker ikke høylytt festing der.

The place is perfectly located between Fredrikstad, Halden, the Swedish coast and Vestfold. You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.

Cabin by the sea.

Great cabin where you live "on" the water. The cabin is located at Ystehede, by the Iddefjorden, about 10 km from the center of Halden. Here, guests have access to a floating jetty with a bathing ladder, as well as a beach consisting of stone and sand. Here there is outdoor furniture, a gas grill and opportunities to moor your own boat. Here there are many hiking trails in the forest and if you have your own boat you can fish or take the sea route to Halden and on to the Hvalerøyene.

Slapp av sammen med hele familien på dette fredelige bostedet midt mellom to byer. Eiendommen har umiddelbar tilgang til skog og mark, samt noen minutters spasertur unna den lokale badestranden. På kvelden kan man spille vinylplater, ta ett varmt bad i stampen eller nyte en varm badstue mens barna hopper på trampolinen eller spiller fotball. Egen vinterisolert hagestue med vedovn til å nyte utsikten over visterflo, mens man lager mat på utekjøkkenet. Velkommen

A small and charming house by the sea

Huset ligger 40 meter fra havet og har en fantastisk utsikt over til Vestfold. Her kan du nyte både spabad, grilling med gassgrill, overbygd sittegruppe og noen fantastiske solnedganger. Det er ca 2 min gange ned til stranden hvor du kan bade, stupe og hoppe fra brygge, eller kose deg på en lang og flott sandbank som ungene elsker. Inne er det meste av fasiliteter, og utsikten over fjorden er like god fra sofaen. Huset ligger nest nederst i en blindvei.

The cabin is well equipped and has a large sitting room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a tiled bathroom with shower, toilet and a washing machine. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom. The sauna is in the side building. The cabin has WiFi.
