The house is located at the end of a dead end road, in the middle of Drøbak city center. Quiet and secluded, while it is only a two-minute walk to the "hustle and bustle". No other residents. Boligen har en unik beliggenhet bare få meter fra Oslofjorden og bademuligheter. Det er kort veg til Oscarsborg fergeleie - Sundbrygga, Badeparken og Drøbak sentrum. Boligen ligger på historisk grunn med utsikt til Oscarsborg. Rett ovenfor eiendommen ligger Kopåsbatteriet, en kanonstilling som deltok i beskytningen av det tyske krigsskipet Blucher 9.april 1940. Drøbak sitt eldste hus, Thorsehuset fra 1760, ligger på samme eiendom. Huset er verneverdig og ivaretatt med omfattende arbeider.

Cosy cabin with a great view. 200 meters to the nearest beach and 800 meters to a big public beach. Sun from 8 am to 10 pm in the summer. Large terrace on three levels. Kitchen holds a modern standard. Main cabin holds to bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), living room, dining area (with a kitchen sofa that can be made in to a double bed) and kitchen. Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.

Bring your family or your girlfriend, or your employees and enjoy a peaceful, modern, charming house in the country. The house is comfortable with, among other things, 2 luxurious bathrooms. There is a private fenced, sheltered garden where you can enjoy the hot tub with birdsong and something good in the glass. Right by the forest, hiking trails, the scout hut with a campfire site only 400 m away. The hot tub is closed for the winter between December 1st - April 1st. 🫧🛀

Det er kort vei til sentrum, badestrender og restauranter, så dette er virkelig en fin plass til å nyte sommerdagene. Én bilplass kan brukes - si ifra ved booking om det trengs.
