The accommodation is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7-8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg city center. Bus to Fredrikstad once per hour. The floor area on the 1st floor is approx. 115 m². Here, there are two large bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a laundry room, and a newly renovated bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms. Sleeping/dining area for 10 people. A high chair and a toddler bed for children are available. We ourselves live right next to the rental house, and we do not want loud parties there.

They are older in terms of standard, but fully functional and practical during your stay. Outside, you will find a large garden and lovely outdoor areas. The house is not newly renovated, and the standard is somewhat basic in some places. In return, you get plenty of space and a great location

The small house is located at a reasonable distance to both train, bus and ferry at Cicignon. Walk to Storgata in about 25 minutes. It is a great location and the ferry to Gamlebyen (from Cicignon ferry) is only 15 minutes away. The ferry takes only a few seconds and runs mostly every 15 minutes. Here you have a private garden and large terrace. There is one double bed, so you can set up the sofa bed in the living room and use mattresses. There can be up to six people staying overnight if you are familiar with each other.

Large area with grass, water hose, trampoline, vehicles, slide, basketball hoop, building blocks, etc. Beautiful view. Parking: two cars outside. Washing room in basement. Towels and sheets included!

A small and charming house by the sea

The house is located 40 metres from the sea and has a fantastic view of Vestfold. Here you can enjoy a spa, barbecuing with a gas grill, a covered seating area and some fantastic sunsets. It's about a 2-minute walk down to the beach where you can swim, dive and jump from the jetty, or enjoy a long, beautiful sandbank that the kids love. Inside, there are most of the amenities, and the view of the fjord is just as good from the sofa. The house is located near the bottom of a cul-de-sac.
