The heart of the house is the open-plan living room and kitchen. The home has two bathrooms, one on each floor. They are older in terms of standard, but fully functional and practical during your stay. Outside, you will find a large garden and lovely outdoor areas. The house is not newly renovated, and the standard is somewhat basic in some places. In return, you get plenty of space and a great location

The house is located in quiet surroundings and there are many opportunities for hiking in the woods and swimming in the sea. The center of Fredrikstad and the college are only 20 minutes away by foot. 5 minutes to free ferry that takes you to the old town or city center. I want all guests to feel welcome and at home. This small annex is centrally located, a short distance from Kongstenhallen, the golf course, the Old Town with a ferry to the city centre, and good bus connections. A short distance to the grocery store. The annex is located in our garden and includes a bed that can be pulled out to form a double bed (with two 80-cm single mattresses), duvets and pillows, a small, basic studio kitchen with simple facilities, and a shower and toilet. Bed linen can be rented for an additional fee. AUD 300 per person. Pets are not allowed. No smoking.

This is a newly renovated basementflat with all fascilities. Situated in a quiet area, only five minuts walk from the oldtown, Kongstenhallen, bus stop and ferry. You must expect to hear noise from the upper floor. You cannot be sensitive to sound. You will be living in walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shoppingand cultural events. The area has many greenlungs to enjoy. Close to footballcourts, tennis, golf, camping, swimmingpool outdoor. The old fortress, foodshoops and plenty more.

Great cabin where you live "on" the water. The cabin is located at Ystehede, by the Iddefjorden, about 10 km from the center of Halden. Here, guests have access to a floating jetty with a bathing ladder, as well as a beach consisting of stone and sand. Here there is outdoor furniture, a gas grill and opportunities to moor your own boat. Here there are many hiking trails in the forest and if you have your own boat you can fish or take the sea route to Halden and on to the Hvalerøyene.
