Holiday rentals with a patio in Florence

Nicoleta was friendly, helpful and provided us with many wonderful recommendations as it was our first time in Florence. The place is as advertised, clean, homie and convenient to get to the center of the city. Furthermore, the place being just outside of the ZTL zone and parking spot provided is a home run for anyone who is renting a car. We really enjoyed our stay here!

We stayed in Florence for a couple of days and really liked the apartment! The self check-in process was simple, and the apartment is located on the ground floor with a small private courtyard—perfect for evening tea or morning breakfast. It was clean and cozy, with everything you might need, from hand soap to laundry detergent. Highly recommended!

Niccolo was so helpful with my check in process and patient with my lag from the airport/T2, and I was very grateful he helped me with my bag! The entire process was super smooth and the space itself was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Communication (not even needed after check in) was great and I had a wonderful time. It's quieter than a lot of more popular areas, but still extremely accessible. I love walking and everything was within 15-20 minutes, with San Miniato and Piazzale Michelangelo being a comfortable ~30 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again, Aurora and her team are great and made my stay in Florence the best!

The apartment is adorable with the best terrace for morning coffee and evening aperitivo. The host is communicative, helpful and cared enough to check in on me. The neighborhood is one of the best in the city - Santo Spirito and the piazza has tons of restaurants, cafes, super walkable and central. The ONLY negative thing I have to say is that if you have ANY type of mobility issues, this apartment is not for you. It's 4th floor walk up (Americans this means the 5th floor) and furnishings are not comfortable. The bed is in the loft space (more stairs) and if you are on the taller side you will not be able to stand up there. I have a very bad back that was acting up while here and shimmying into the bed was not ideal and it was tough not having a comfortable couch or seating area to relax. But for someone who is more fit this obviously wouldn't be an issue. Regardless of this I still feel the apartment was well worth it!

If you’d like to visit Florence but you prefer to sleep in a quiet neighborhood then Sabrina’s place is a great choice! The host Sabrina (and her mother) are very kind and responsive and the city is easily accessible by bus. One remark however is that during the day the place can get very hot (however, chances are high that you will be visiting Florence throughout the day, so than it doesn’t matter at all) and the installed airconditioning can not manage to cool everything down to a decent level. In the night we slept with windows open which is possible thanks to the musquito nets installed and then everything is fine, even though during the day it was 35°C outside! To conclude: we absolutely recommend this accomodation.

Great lace to stay and it was easy to drive around the neighborhood and park.

This was a great place to stay while visiting Florence. Alice had great recommendations for dining. The grocery store and public transportation was conveniently located. The apartment was very nicely decorated.

We loved staying here! the views out of the terrace and even the bathroom window were something I’ve never seen before, right out of a movie. About a 15 minute drive to the closest city, San Miniato, which has great restaurants. This was such a charming & peaceful place to stay in Tuscany, and the visits from the neighborhood cats on the terrace was a bonus! :)

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was even better than expected – very clean, well-equipped, and beautifully located. You could tell that the hosts really thought of everything. We especially appreciated how spotless everything was – it felt truly comfortable and welcoming from the first moment. The check-in process was smooth, communication was quick and helpful, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. We stayed 2 nights at Tom's. The accommodation at Tom's was very cozy. We felt very comfortable, everything was clean and tidy and very tastefully decorated. Everything was well explained and despite the hot temperatures in Florence, the apartment was pleasantly cool. We found the almost silent air conditioning in all rooms particularly impressive. With the tram, just a few minutes' walk from the apartment, you can be in the centre in 15 minutes, so you can also make a detour back to the apartment at noon in the midday heat to rest. We will be happy to come back. However, you should not stop directly in front of the apartment to unload the suitcases, the neighbor is very unfriendly. There is plenty of parking near the apartment, as well as small cafes, supermarkets and everything you need for a stay

Wonderful place to either lay back and enjoy the picturesque-postcard view from the comfort of your front yard or the pool (which was refreshingly cool in June), or to go further explore Tuscany locations within reach. The house was beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you could ask for, ie a quiet and air conditioned bedroom, kitchen with a gas stove, fridge and a wood fired bbq and a jacuzzi + comfy seating outside. Shops, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance, max 10 minutes. Andrea is a fantastic host who clearly cares about providing the best possible stay for her guests, which she did. Whenever we return to Tuscany, we will definitely make sure to stay here at Palaia again.

We had an amazing time in Casa San Ripa. The house is even nicer than it looks in the pictures, the view is amazing and the outside area is lovely, with all the lights in the trees at night. The whole property was very clean, including the inside and the pool, the instructions were easy and Giulia is super responsive and extremaly nice and helpful. We had a great stay and would highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Elisa and Tania’s place, they were both very welcoming, we felt like family even after 2 nights! They made sure we were comfortable at all times and helped us with restaurant recommendations. The place was clean and had everything we needed and the terrace was beautiful to spend the morning and night relaxing ☺️ We also loved the cats! Highly recommend if you are thinking about booking - if we’re ever in Florence again we will book their place!

We loved our stay. Just a short walk or bus to the centre of Florence. We adored the space, felt like a true taste of Italy. The hosts were so helpful and went above and beyond when my partners bag was lost by the airline at the airport. They helped us organise getting it to the airbnb. We are super thankful and grateful for that. The dogs were SO cute also, but only met them as we were leaving the property.

We absolutely loved this Airbnb! The location was perfect - walkable to everything in Florence. The host was very quick to respond and very polite. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean, modern and great for a group of 6. It is a lot of stairs - this was actually a positive thing for us, as we needed a little exercise to burn off all of the pizza consumption haha. But be prepared that you will need to get your suitcases up / down the stairs. Overall we loved this spot and definitely would book it again!

Everything was excellent. The only issue is the air condition, it was not cooling and the weather was hot .

I was a wonderful place, a home for our few days stay. All important things were walkable. Great nearby restaurant recommendations. Host was lovely. Great spot , in a great area . Bakery and really good grocery near by.

Matteo’s place was perfect for a couple. Matteo was so lovely and accommodating. All the detail and effort he put in for us was amazing. He met us at the place to personally hand over the keys and go through all the little things like how to use all the appliances and equipment in his apartment. He even had recommendations for places to eat and was always reachable via phone for all our questions. The apartment was safe and equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely rebook Matteo’s apartment! Can’t wait to see you next time when we come back to Florence!

Staying at Fabrizio’s place in Florence was an absolute pleasure. From the moment i booked, Fabrizio was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. He provided clear directions, great local recommendations, and made check-in smooth and easy. The apartment itself was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and full of charm. The location was perfect: close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Fabrizio clearly takes pride in being a great host, and it shows. We felt very welcome and well taken care of. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence. Grazie mille, Fabrizio!

For those who want to be around the center of everything while retaining a peace of mind, I highly recommend Alessandra’s place. A few highlights: 1. Peace and quietness even in the middle of the happening: Florence is becoming a touristy place, but the place sits on the highest floor so you are removed from the noisy streets and overbearing crowds. Yes, you’ll have to walk up the stairs with luggage, but I think it’s totally worth it. 2. Local recommendation and genuine hospitality: Alessandra was super helpful with recommendations, helping us book a taxi on the day of our departure. She also accommodates our travel schedule 3. Unique place with personal touch: we loved the place, from decorations to amenities. Beyond sleeping and showing, we also enjoyed cooking light meals and sitting at the outdoor balcony in the early mornings to listen to the birds

Wonderful three night stay. Apartment very clean. All amenities washer dryer in great condition. Beds very comfortable. In walking distance to sights shopping and good restaurants. Surprised to find a kitchen stocked with water juice eggs salami bread cereal to get us started. Tomasso and Francesco very attentive. Responded immediately when we needed a taxi to train station.
