Very quite and safe! -1 spacious bathroom with a big shower & window -A brightness open space with fully equipped kitchen and living area with an usefull double sofa bed. -A privete terrace, facing on the green internal yard where in summer season you can enjoy an aperitif at the sunset or a delicious breakfast! -A private parking space in the garage, located in the basement of the building directly connected with the apartment by the lift. The private garage is a very big plus in the little and narrow street of the city center.
