Our stay was exceptional in every way! This is the best spot in the best location in Tuscany! Nicoletta and Stefano are excellent hosts and are always available and responsive. The house is spacious and beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly need. The house is decorated so beautifully and the grounds are covered in flowers. The incredible view and easy access to the lovely village make this a must see. We cannot wait to come back!

Silvia greeted us, and from the first moment she made us feel at home, with her warm welcome, always attentive to our needs, immediate responses, she gave us recommendations of places to visit, eat, or buy. Excellent host, highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay with our family for a week. The apartment had an amazing private garden which totally made our stay, and host was very responsive. Train station and supermarket are 5 min drive away which is very convenient. We’d recommend having a car from our experience.

Amazing villa, don’t hesitate to book it! It is a luxury property with lots of modern features, in the perfect location, peaceful and quiet with stunning countryside views but only 20 mins walk to Florence city. Karin the host is very helpful and friendly and she has thought of everything to make it a special stay for guests. 100% recommend and would love to visit again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is a short walk to the Mercato Centrale of Florence and the Duomo as well. Lots of great restaurants close by. We love to walk So this was great for us. It wasn't a holiday home - it was a home for us. Rarely have I felt so incredibly comfortable - the garden is a dream, the house is very cozy and there are well thought-out details everywhere. You can enjoy wonderful privacy in your own garden with your own entrance, but if you need something, Flora and Luca have always been there for us and we immediately took them to our hearts!!! Florence is of course also enchanting and you can go on great excursions! We will miss all of this very much and hopefully come back soon!

This was a great place to stay! They were accommodating to our early arrival, and provided great directions to get around. The condo was very clean. I would definitely stay here again!

We actually were unable to stay here because my husband was hospitalized in Venice. The communication and understanding us having to cancel was tremendous. We have stayed in the neighborhood before and loved the area and walkable to everything we needed. Also just a couple of blocks from the train station which made this more attractive. Hopefully we will be able to visit someday.

Beautiful apartment to sit and watch the world go by on the streets below! Great location and restaurant recommendations from Luca were outstanding! So happy with our choice to stay here - apartment art and frescos are really cool too! Thank goodness for the lift and great AC too! Perfect Florence visit!

Delightfully cozy accommodation in a perfect location for all the main city centre sights. Comfortable and peaceful. A true home from home. Breakfast and evening wind down in the courtyard garden surrounded by flowering shrubs and birdsong was a real bonus. Patrizia was the perfect host. Great communication, welcoming, kind and informative.

What a perfect apartment and perfect location!! Had everything we needed! The balcony was amazing to set on in the evening with a bottle of wine and listen to the music down below. Marusca was a perfect host and helped us with restaurant recommendations(do yourself a favor and if she recommends it, try and go…she did not steer us wrong), shopping places and even helped get us a taxi when we were ready to leave. She was there in a minute if we needed anything! If we ever find ourselves in Florence again we would definitely stay here again!

Loved this place. So perfect for my daughter and I to enjoy Florence. It is such a great location with it being very walkable and close to everything and in a great part of city. Beds were comfortable and we were so thankful of A/C in every room to keep us cool in the heat wave that came through the week we were staying. Highly recommend Sara’s place.

First time in Italy and being met at train station by Matteo was so comforting. He helped with our bags and stored until check in. The apartment is in the perfect location. You do not need a car, you can walk to all attractions and lots of great restaurants. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. The rooftop terrace was beautiful and so close to the Duomo. Wish we could have stayed longer, Matteo went up and beyond and made our first few nights in Florence perfect!

This is one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in! Host was helpful and provided some great recommendations that we ended up going to and enjoying! Location is 10/10 and the place is exactly as described - feels luxurious and also has amenities just if you were home.

Martina was so kind and helpful, she even gave us a brief tour of the apartment upon check in. She ensured we knew where everything was located and she has a binder of any information needed. We enjoyed the seating area in front for breakfast and coffee. We loved how close the apartment is from the train station so we could walk to and from to save us time and some money. The location is very walkable to many restaurants, shops and sights. We loved that there is a grocery store near by and also a "sight seeing bus" stop around the corner. We found the bedding comfortable and the apartment felt safe. Everything is very nice and ready for guests who may decide to have a meal in vs going out too.

I will cone back again as soon as possible!! Tatiana was fantastic, allowed us to check in early, and check out a little late. Her place was spotless and she thought of everything to make it comfortable, from extra blankets, tea and water, cushions for the terrace chairs. We had picnic lunches up there, easy to prep in her very well- stocked kitchen. Convenient to walk everywhere we wanted to go. She made excellent suggestions when I had specific shopping goals. I’d give 10 stars if I could!!

I enjoyed my stay at Dan's apartment. It was large (even more so when you factor in the adjacent terrace), beautifully furnished and well stocked. Appreciated the dishwasher and clothes washer. Having a second bathroom was an extra perk. Only slight downside was the walk into the center of town (25 min to the Ufizzi) as it rained nearly every day during my weeklong stay -- I imagine on dry/temperate days it's a pleasant walk along the river. Overall I would gladly stay again.

The place was in a great central location and perfect walking distance to all the local spots. Rita was very responsive and provided some delicious local restaurant recommendations.
