I can’t wait to welcome you in my bright family apartment, on the edge of the historic center. It's located on the 5th(elevator + 1 flight of stairs) and highest floor of a small building, in an elegant residential area. For me, it’s a quiet corner from which to admire hills and rooftops. We’ve renovated it, keeping the warmth of our real home hoping you'll feel part of the city. The sunsets from the entry window…they're a little something extra, I hope will leave you with lovely memories.

We are located in the Santo Spirito district, best neighborhood in the city center and close to all the attractions.

"Enjoy a pleasant dinner on its private terrace and if you don't want to cook by yourself we have an agreement with some tasty restaurant or trattorias" You will dominate over roofs in Florence and admire the Duomo Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore (constructed between 1296 and 1436) and Palazzo Vecchio our town hall (14th century) and other important historical buildings such as Cappelle Medicee.

L'appartamento é stato costruito nel Rinascimento ( intorno al 1480 ) e si trova in centro a Firenze, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni principale SANTA MARIA NOVELLA. Nella stessa strada della casa ci sono tre ottimi ristoranti che consiglio vivamente di provare . Tutte le attrazioni tra cui il Duomo e Piazza Signoria sono molto vicine. L'abitazione è dotata di molte comodità , dall'aria condizionata centralizzata a molti altri servizi per un soggiorno di completo relax

The suite is about 592 square feet with a wide living and a lovely balcony facing Arno River. It has an amazing view of the Ponte Vecchio as well as the Ponte Santa Trinita. The living room is open to a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a queen size bed and 2 closets. A large bathroom with 2 windows, double sinks and a walk-in shower, is connected with the bedroom. Wi-Fi and air conditioning system are provided.

The roof terrace is located on the third and top floor, without a lift (where the brave dare) of a small building in the lively Sant'Ambrogio neighborhood, just steps from all the city's major attractions. From the terrace, you can enjoy views of the city's rooftops, including Brunelleschi's dome and the synagogue's dome. The apartment was completely renovated in the summer of 2022 to offer you the best possible accommodation.
