Holiday rentals with a patio in Florence

Tammy and Eme were wonderful hosts. My wife and I booked for quite a long stay as part of a sabbatical in Italy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Casa al Poggio is in a quiet location, surrounded by spectacular countryside, between two small towns, each charming in its own way, and with easy access to both Florence and Siena. Tammy and Eme offered great recommendations regarding places to explore in the local area and a host of tips that helped us get the most out of our stay. We absolutely intend to return and stay with them again.

Super modern and clean place , the communication was excellent, helping to us for anything we need it. The location is amazing just a block of the Duomo, the information and communication was amazing too, Thank you for helping us with the taxi, Thank you for the amenities , for the water and the bottle of delicious Proseco. For sure we recommend this place for any person. We will be returned for sure ! Marcela

Nicoleta was friendly, helpful and provided us with many wonderful recommendations as it was our first time in Florence. The place is as advertised, clean, homie and convenient to get to the center of the city. Furthermore, the place being just outside of the ZTL zone and parking spot provided is a home run for anyone who is renting a car. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Niccolo was so helpful with my check in process and patient with my lag from the airport/T2, and I was very grateful he helped me with my bag! The entire process was super smooth and the space itself was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Communication (not even needed after check in) was great and I had a wonderful time. It's quieter than a lot of more popular areas, but still extremely accessible. I love walking and everything was within 15-20 minutes, with San Miniato and Piazzale Michelangelo being a comfortable ~30 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again, Aurora and her team are great and made my stay in Florence the best!

If you’d like to visit Florence but you prefer to sleep in a quiet neighborhood then Sabrina’s place is a great choice! The host Sabrina (and her mother) are very kind and responsive and the city is easily accessible by bus. One remark however is that during the day the place can get very hot (however, chances are high that you will be visiting Florence throughout the day, so than it doesn’t matter at all) and the installed airconditioning can not manage to cool everything down to a decent level. In the night we slept with windows open which is possible thanks to the musquito nets installed and then everything is fine, even though during the day it was 35°C outside! To conclude: we absolutely recommend this accomodation.

Great lace to stay and it was easy to drive around the neighborhood and park.

This was a great place to stay while visiting Florence. Alice had great recommendations for dining. The grocery store and public transportation was conveniently located. The apartment was very nicely decorated.

We originally planned to stay at Bryan’s place over the weekend just to explore nearby Florence, but the charm of his home completely stole the show. Florence felt like the cherry on top instead of the other way around. Nestled in a huge, lush garden bursting with hundreds of flowers and all kinds of trees, and staying in a cozy apartment that felt like a little museum, we had such a wonderful, memorable experience that left us feeling truly happy. Bryan was not only super friendly and easy to talk to, but also incredibly welcoming and helpful. Next time we’re in Florence or any nearby town, there’s no question - we’ll be coming back here!

We loved staying here! the views out of the terrace and even the bathroom window were something I’ve never seen before, right out of a movie. About a 15 minute drive to the closest city, San Miniato, which has great restaurants. This was such a charming & peaceful place to stay in Tuscany, and the visits from the neighborhood cats on the terrace was a bonus! :)

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was even better than expected – very clean, well-equipped, and beautifully located. You could tell that the hosts really thought of everything. We especially appreciated how spotless everything was – it felt truly comfortable and welcoming from the first moment. The check-in process was smooth, communication was quick and helpful, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Wir waren 2 Nächte bei Tom.Die Unterkunft bei Tom war sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alles war sauber und ordentlich und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war alles prima erklärt und trotz der heißen Temperaturen in Florenz war die Wohnung angenehm kühl. Besonders beeindruckend fanden wir die fast lautlose Klimaanlage in allen Räumen. Mit der Tram, nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt , ist man in 15 Minuten im Zentrum, so dass man auch mittags in der Mittagshitze, noch mal einen Abstecher wieder in die Wohnung machen kann, um sich auszuruhen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Allerdings sollte man nicht direkt vor dem Apartment halten, um die Koffer auszuräumen, der Nachbar ist sehr unfreundlich. Parkplätze gibt es in der Nähe der Wohnung genug, ebenso kleine Cafés, Supermärkte und alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt

Wonderful place to either lay back and enjoy the picturesque-postcard view from the comfort of your front yard or the pool (which was refreshingly cool in June), or to go further explore Tuscany locations within reach. The house was beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you could ask for, ie a quiet and air conditioned bedroom, kitchen with a gas stove, fridge and a wood fired bbq and a jacuzzi + comfy seating outside. Shops, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance, max 10 minutes. Andrea is a fantastic host who clearly cares about providing the best possible stay for her guests, which she did. Whenever we return to Tuscany, we will definitely make sure to stay here at Palaia again.

We had an amazing time in Casa San Ripa. The house is even nicer than it looks in the pictures, the view is amazing and the outside area is lovely, with all the lights in the trees at night. The whole property was very clean, including the inside and the pool, the instructions were easy and Giulia is super responsive and extremaly nice and helpful. We had a great stay and would highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Elisa and Tania’s place, they were both very welcoming, we felt like family even after 2 nights! They made sure we were comfortable at all times and helped us with restaurant recommendations. The place was clean and had everything we needed and the terrace was beautiful to spend the morning and night relaxing ☺️ We also loved the cats! Highly recommend if you are thinking about booking - if we’re ever in Florence again we will book their place!

Piękna okolica, idealne miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania Toskanii. Super miejsce dla rodzin z dziećmi (dostępne łóżeczko dla dzieci, a nawet barierka do łóżka dla dzieci które śpią z rodzicami 😉). Nicolo odpowiadał na wszystkie nasze potrzeby, a samo mieszkanie oddaje w pełni toskański klimat 😀 bardzo polecamy!

We loved our stay. Just a short walk or bus to the centre of Florence. We adored the space, felt like a true taste of Italy. The hosts were so helpful and went above and beyond when my partners bag was lost by the airline at the airport. They helped us organise getting it to the airbnb. We are super thankful and grateful for that. The dogs were SO cute also, but only met them as we were leaving the property.

We absolutely loved this Airbnb! The location was perfect - walkable to everything in Florence. The host was very quick to respond and very polite. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean, modern and great for a group of 6. It is a lot of stairs - this was actually a positive thing for us, as we needed a little exercise to burn off all of the pizza consumption haha. But be prepared that you will need to get your suitcases up / down the stairs. Overall we loved this spot and definitely would book it again!

El departamento es tal cual la publicación. Estaba impecable todo. Tanto las sábanas como toallas estaban nuevas e impecables . Muy recomendable

Spacieux appartement de charme en plein cœur de Florence (5 min. À pied du Rialto ou du Duomo). Un beau jardin bien entretenu et privatif permet de profiter de l’extérieur. L’hôtesse est pleine de bons conseils. J’y reviendrai sans aucun doute.

Matteo’s place was perfect for a couple. Matteo was so lovely and accommodating. All the detail and effort he put in for us was amazing. He met us at the place to personally hand over the keys and go through all the little things like how to use all the appliances and equipment in his apartment. He even had recommendations for places to eat and was always reachable via phone for all our questions. The apartment was safe and equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely rebook Matteo’s apartment! Can’t wait to see you next time when we come back to Florence!

Staying at Fabrizio’s place in Florence was an absolute pleasure. From the moment i booked, Fabrizio was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. He provided clear directions, great local recommendations, and made check-in smooth and easy. The apartment itself was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and full of charm. The location was perfect: close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Fabrizio clearly takes pride in being a great host, and it shows. We felt very welcome and well taken care of. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence. Grazie mille, Fabrizio!

Absolutely loved the location of the apartment, right in the middle of the city center. Everything was walkable 😍 The room was exactly as advertised and Alessandra was a superb host, friend, responsive and great recommendations. I recommend to go here if you are about to visit Florence

Wonderful three night stay. Apartment very clean. All amenities washer dryer in great condition. Beds very comfortable. In walking distance to sights shopping and good restaurants. Surprised to find a kitchen stocked with water juice eggs salami bread cereal to get us started. Tomasso and Francesco very attentive. Responded immediately when we needed a taxi to train station.
