THE HOUSE IS LOCATED ON THE 2nd FLOOR WITH NO ELEVATOR. PLEASE NOTE. I DECLINE ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY REFUNDS OR COMPLAINTS if at night from September to June from Thursday to Saturday there may be some noise and music from outside as there is a nightclub near the house. The house is totally soundproofed but unfortunately it can create discomfort for light sleepers.
