But it is on the Neustadt side and so it is only a few minutes' walk to the lively colorful Neustadt with cafes, bars and dance venues, but just as quickly you are in the Baroque quarter with restaurants, museums and shopping centers. You will surely feel comfortable in our large rooms with full kitchen and billiard room. Super suitable for families.

Our house is located in the center of Dresden (about 800 m from the HBH) and yet quiet and surrounded by greenery. It has a large and a small bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a guest toilet. Ideal for individuals, couples and families with 1-2 children. The 4 bikes and the grill can be used free of charge. Tram stops, supermarkets and restaurants are easily accessible. The house is not just a vacation home. This is our small quiet 2-room apartment in the heart of Dresden Neustadt. The apartment is located in the rear building of an apartment building on the 3rd floor. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower tub, living room with TV and sofa bed and of course a bedroom with double bed. A travel crib and highchair for toddlers is available and can be used at any time. The parking lot is located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
