I offer a room with just under 13 square meters in my house. The location of the house is perfect at the streetcar line 3, stop Hubertusplatz. 3 minutes by car to the A4, 10 minutes to the airport. 10 minutes to the station Neustadt, 10 minutes to the Elbe. Lidl is directly opposite, an Edeka nearby, the allotment garden next door. Underfloor Heating, TV connection, 50 MBit DSL incl. WLAN, fully equipped kitchen, huge bathtub and additional rain shower. Urban location, nevertheless it is quiet.

From the main train station, you can get there in 25 minutes by tram line 10 or from Neustadt train station in 25 minutes by tram line 6.

Es ist eine Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung, aber es ist ziemlich geräumig. Es gibt auch eine völlig ausgestattete Küche und ein Badezimmer. Trotz der zentralen Lage und der nur wenige Minuten entfernten Straßenbahnhaltestellen ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig, da alle Fenster auf einen Innenhof blicken.

Our Dresden Marienstraße apartment is in the heart of the inner old town in a prime city location. In the immediate vicinity is a supermarket (30 m), bakery (10 m), shopping mall (50 m) and various restaurants. The underground car park is right downstairs in the building. Direct connection to public transport, Postplatz stop (40 m). The apartment is ideal for both short city trips and longer business trips. Stay tuned!

We will be spending April with our families and friends and rent out our furnished penthouse apartment overlooking the river in the heart of Dresden to tenants who want to spend a couple of spring days in town.
