Our lovely flat has a huge living room, a room with a double bed and babycot and a second bedroom with a queen size bed and single bed. Our kitchen is high quality and modern with all amenities. The area is quite but very close to the city center, either with the tram (10 min) or a nice walk along the Elbe river (30 min). Bakery, grocery store and playgrounds are very close by. We have a trampoline in the backyard. The flat is perfect for a couple or a family with (small) children.

The 80 sqm apartment offers plenty of space for families or business travelers. With a large bedroom and an even larger, bright living/dining room with a second sleeping accommodation. In the dining area, there is a complete kitchenette. The large garden and the Technical University are just around the corner. The city center is also within walking distance. In the apartment you will find everything you need for a short or long stay. And, you are all alone, with your own entrance.

Our house offers everything you need for a nice stay in Dresden. In the middle of the trendy district, an idyllic house with a rural ambiance awaits you. You can expect a modern flair with a lot of love for detail. The house is very spacious and fully equipped. The location is quiet, but still directly adjacent to the trendy Dresden Neustadt district.
