Your temporary home! 😊 You will stay in my family-friendly furnished 2-room old building apartment (67 sqm). In addition to the combined living/sleeping area with a bed (140 cm wide) and a sofa, you have a second bedroom with a 160 cm wide bed, as well as a single bed (80 cm wide) in the bed storage unit. So you don't have to go without a family bed, even when you're on holiday. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, a functional bathtub and a cozy balcony overlooking the courtyard with a gas grill.

KOKO 1 - perfect for family's

Our lovely flat has a huge living room, a room with a double bed and babycot and a second bedroom with a queen size bed and single bed. Our kitchen is high quality and modern with all amenities. The area is quite but very close to the city center, either with the tram (10 min) or a nice walk along the Elbe river (30 min). Bakery, grocery store and playgrounds are very close by. We have a trampoline in the backyard. The flat is perfect for a couple or a family with (small) children.

We invite you to our cozy retreat, the oasis of calm in the middle of the city. Stylish industrial meets Jungle, new welcomes old. Your home is close to the Elbe in a back house with a flowery Mediterranean outdoor area. The downtown can be reached by tram in 15 minutes, the Neustadt in 10 minutes. So if you would like to escape the hustle and bustle of the big city a bit and still want to be in the center quickly, you are welcome to stay here. We look forward to seeing you :)

Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.
