You can expect plenty of DIY projects, and there is a shared workshop/sauna. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the Elbe and not far from Schillerplatz with the blue wonder. Bus and tram services to the city centre are easily accessible in around 3 minutes.

120 years old secession vila. Full of antiques and tales. Out of city rush. Regular cleaning and disinfection. Private sauna in the house. Close to Děčín, Sněžník, Tiske stěny, Hřensko.
