Die mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete 42 m² große Loft-Wohnung besticht durch ihre zentrale und dennoch ruhige Lage sowie ihre Wohlfühlatmosphäre, in der du jeden kürzeren und längeren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen kannst. Die Altstadt mit ihren Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie die Universität befinden sich in einem Umkreis von wenigen Kilometern und sind mit dem ÖPNV leicht erreichbar.

Dieses Loft hat einen ganz besonderen Stil. Mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail wurde dieses wunderschöne Denkmal renoviert. Offen, großzügig, geschmackvoll und loftgerecht wird hier Wohnen und Übernachten zu einem einzigartigen Erlebnis. In nur 800 Metern Entfernung befindet sich der Bahnhof. Von dort aus in die Dresdner Mitte oder in die Sächsische Schweiz in nur 20 bis 30 Minuten Minuten. Die Züge fahren hinter diesem Industriedenkmal vorbei. Ebenso gibt es ein Einkaufscenter in der Nähe.

For rent is a nice, bright loft in an apartment building on the outskirts of Dresden in the quiet district of Dölzschen. The loft consists of an open kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet. The sleeping area is located above the living room in the attic, which can be reached via a ladder with railing. In the living room there is a sofa which can be folded out and thus 4 people can stay in the loft (2 people in the bed in the sleeping area and 2 people on the sofa bed).

The listed house was converted into a very special holiday property with 5 apartments (fully equipped incl. kitchen & bathroom) and an additional common room. You can expect the charm of an architecturally beautiful half-timbered building from the turn of the century, in harmony with the most modern furnishings.

A cosy apartment for 2 guests 20 minutes away (by foot) from the city centre and 10 minutes away from the Dresden Mitte station. It's a quiet area that promises a break away from everything. Situated on the top floor, this means that you will not have any neighbours disturbing you. With a supermarket just around the corner, and a lovely cafe right by the hospital, you can get everything you need by staying here. Please note that this building has no elevator.

Nach einer langen Wanderung oder Fahrradtour lässt es sich wunderbar auf dem Balkon am Wasser entspannen. Wer noch Lust hat, kann 5 Minuten spazieren gehen und die Muskeln in der Therme entspannen.
