Offen, großzügig, geschmackvoll und loftgerecht wird hier Wohnen und Übernachten zu einem einzigartigen Erlebnis. In nur 800 Metern Entfernung befindet sich der Bahnhof. Von dort aus in die Dresdner Mitte oder in die Sächsische Schweiz in nur 20 bis 30 Minuten Minuten. Die Züge fahren hinter diesem Industriedenkmal vorbei. Ebenso gibt es ein Einkaufscenter in der Nähe.

For rent is a nice, bright loft in an apartment building on the outskirts of Dresden in the quiet district of Dölzschen. The loft consists of an open kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet. The sleeping area is located above the living room in the attic, which can be reached via a ladder with railing. In the living room there is a sofa which can be folded out and thus 4 people can stay in the loft (2 people in the bed in the sleeping area and 2 people on the sofa bed).

You can expect the charm of an architecturally beautiful half-timbered building from the turn of the century, in harmony with the most modern furnishings.
