The hutzenAlm includes two modern, comfortably furnished apartments on the upper floor, each with two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with shower (underfloor heating) and a spacious living room/kitchen On the first floor is our cozy hutzenStub. There is our jewel: a red tiled stove that invites you to cook together. A fully equipped country kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher, separate oven and induction stove can also satisfy a large family or group of friends. A massive wooden table with corner bench and a cozy sofa invite you to game nights and cozy get-togethers. A large TV and good Wi-Fi are also part of the hutzenAlm equipment. Also on the first floor is our wellness area with sauna and tub. In our spacious hutzenSauna you can sweat, relax, chill, breathe deeply and look directly into nature through the large windows. At the same time, you can enjoy the crackling of the fireplace in the lounge corner or in the hanging chair. To cool off, you can use the cool, original Gimmlitz fountain water on the adjoining terrace, bathe extensively in the snow in winter or classically use the modern shower on site. In our wood-fired bathtub, you can bathe in summer and winter in the middle of the forest and relax under the open sky. Of course, not without having properly heated it beforehand. No pain, no gain. Bathing is twice as much fun

The guesthouse for relaxation and recreation in a nature reserve! Whether forest bathing or swimming fun in the pool - you are well accommodated with us. Directly on the Elbe in the city triangle Meissen, Riesa, Großenhain is our state-recognized resort, only 50 km from Dresden. Diesbar-Seußlitz is rightly called the pearl of the Elbe wine villages. With us, you can look directly at the vineyards. The Elbe's largest side valley invites you to take a walk or while away the time. Fitters are most welcome!

Auf unserem ca. 2000m großem Grundstück befinden sich 2 FW en. Die Dachflächen sind von innen und außen gut gedämmt. Die FW ist gemütlich und ruhig. Alle Räume haben Fenster. Für die FW steht ein PKW-Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück zur Verfügung. Für evtl. mehrere PKW bzw. Transporter befinden sich Parkplätze in der Nähe. In ca.500m sind S-Bahnstation und Fähranleger, sowie das Freibad. Es bestehen vielfältige Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen und Ausflüge in die Umgebung.

Just 20 km from the cultural metropolis of Dresden, you can enjoy pure nature. Take advantage of our large farm garden to relax in the countryside - in summer by the pool or in winter in the garden sauna. Children are very welcome - a playground, sandbox and our animals are waiting for them to be petted!

Small but fully equipped apartment in the holiday house Börnchen on about 30 m² surface. The bathroom and the living/sleeping area is equipped with floor heating. Our cottage is situated in the centre of the Osterzgebirge. Well-known excursion destinations can be reached in a short time by car. (Dresden, Elbe Sandstone Mountains, Saxon Switzerland, Bohemian Switzerland, Soap, Freiberg, Altenberg, Glashütte und Prag e.t.c.)
