A stone's throw from the center of Dolus d 'Oléron and 15 minutes by bike from Le Treuil beach. Our accommodation offers a living room with seating area and equipped kitchen, a shower room and upstairs a bedroom( attention the staircase that leads to the bedroom is steep and narrow!!!). A small outdoor area great for eating and getting some fresh air.

Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with double bed 140 x 190, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 190 and baby bed, 1 mezzanine with sofa bed 140 x 190. Separate toilet and sink. 160 m2 fully enclosed courtyard, garden furniture, deckchairs.

Ideally located for nature lovers, athletes, surfers ...all comforts with independent underfloor heating. Weekly reservation from Saturday to Saturday, August.

Less than 10 minutes by bike or 3 minutes by car: ILEO aquatic center, Intermarché, town center. Native to the island, we can advise you on your outings and activities. PLEASE NOTE: from July 27 to August 31, bookings are only from Saturday to Saturday.

Come and spend pleasant moments with family or friends in our pretty carefully decorated house and its large garden equipped to enjoy the summer! We hope you feel at home! Our house can accommodate up to 5 people ( 2 adults and max 2 children and a baby or 3 children ) Nb: only for the summer season (July and August), rentals are from Saturday to Saturday for scheduling reasons.
