A stone's throw from the center of Dolus d'Oléron and 15 minutes by bike from Treuil Beach. Our accommodation offers a living room with seating area and equipped kitchen, a shower room and upstairs a bedroom (be careful, the staircase that leads to the bedroom is steep and narrow!!!). A small outdoor area ideal for eating and getting some air.

Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with double bed 140 x 190, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 190 and baby bed, 1 mezzanine with sofa bed 140 x 190. Studio adjoining our house with private access, small independent enclosed garden with terrace. Ideally located for nature lovers, athletes, surfers... all comfort with independent underfloor heating. Weekly booking from Saturday to Saturday July August.

New one-story house in a quiet and bucolic residential village with outdoor space and private garage out of sight. Beach 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bike. Biking trails nearby. Less than 10 minutes by bike or 3 minutes by car: ILEO aquatic center, Intermarché, town center. Native to the island, we can advise you on your outings and activities. PLEASE NOTE: from July 27 to August 31, bookings are only from Saturday to Saturday.

The house is located in a quiet area, a stone's throw from all shops and 2 km from a very beautiful beach, by a bike path. You can enjoy the Dolus Night Market every Monday in July and August. The house has a pleasant garden where you can relax after the beach or when you return from a bike ride. Dolus is ideally located, central, and served by many bike paths that allow you to go everywhere. Minigolf and swimming pool nearby.
