Welcome to our haven of peace, ideally located for a comfortable and memorable stay. This accommodation combines the charm of stone, modernity and convenience. A stone's throw from the center of Dolus d'Oléron and 15 minutes by bike from Treuil Beach. Our accommodation offers a living room with seating area and equipped kitchen, a shower room and upstairs a bedroom (be careful, the staircase that leads to the bedroom is steep and narrow!!!). A small outdoor area ideal for eating and getting some air.

Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with double bed 140 x 190, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 190 and baby bed, 1 mezzanine with sofa bed 140 x 190. Separate toilet and sink. 160 m2 fully enclosed courtyard, garden furniture, deckchairs.

Make the most of your vacation by staying in this 34 m² property. This house has 2 bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed and the other with 2 80 cm beds. All beds are fitted with mattress covers, duvets and pillows. Linens are provided for stays of one week minimum. The house was completely renovated in 2022. Guests can enjoy a relaxing holiday with an equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher), a seating area with TV, a terrace and access to the swimming pool (06/01 to 09/30)

Access to the bike paths is just in front of and behind the house. You'll love the place because of its comfort and tranquility.
