A modern furnished apartment on the 10th floor of a high-rise, with an impressive view of the harbour and the sea. The parking in front of the house is very commendable, as the parking situation in La Rochelle is catastrophic, especially on weekends. Instead of spending half an hour looking for a parking space, it's better to walk along the water into the city in a quarter of an hour. A good supermarket and a great bakery are 3 minutes away by car. Check-in worked without any problems, even without Pascal's presence.

Great value for money. In addition, an apartment that makes you want to stay, with memories of travel, less impersonal than many others! Léa is very responsive and friendly!

Spacious and modern apartment, ideally located with a large, very pleasant balcony. Everything can be done on foot, however, the square on which it is located is very "lively" so noise, music etc. quite late at night, fortunately the bay windows insulate well from the noise. We intend to rent this property again.

We had a pleasant stay at Arlette's! The accommodation is functional and very well located (close to shops and the beach). Communication was very smooth with Arlette.

Stéphanie's welcome makes everything easy from the moment you arrive. An unforgettable stay in an enchanting environment, with a return in the evening to a cozy cocoon from the balcony where the sunsets are a fairy tale.

This is the third time we have booked this accommodation because it is really very comfortable and well located, quiet. We also booked in early August and we will continue next year if we are accepted. Evelyne is very responsive, Virginie absent replaced by Amelia also very friendly and available. Overall, a top rental. looking forward to returning.

Beautiful studio, very clean and well equipped, with a good real bed and a small terrace. Well located, close to the beaches of Vaux-sur-Mer and Saint-Palais, easily accessible on foot as well as shops. We also enjoyed the quiet, the view of the trees framing a small stretch of sea and the reserved parking. In addition, the host welcomes us in person, for once it is not a key box, it is appreciable.

Perfect accommodation for two, easy to access and ideally located. Beautiful room, very large bathroom, very clean and well decorated, no complaints. We will certainly return there during our next stay in La Rochelle.

We really enjoyed Bruno's accommodation which is functional, well located and good for the few days we spent on Oleron Island. Our stay was very nice. We didn't have to take the car because many things could be done easily on foot (shopping, walks, going to the ocean...) Our host was very approachable and trusted us, which made relationships easy. The region is very beautiful and there are many places to discover.

Great apartment!!! Great location and the terrace is well oriented, the apartment is very comfortable and spacious, the bedding is COMFORTABLE. The outdoor space is good with the furniture that is good!!! and next to the pool. Access to the sea is close to the apartment! We recommend and will be back!!

Very nice apartment, bright and functional. Close to restaurants, the Port des Minimes and the Forum des Perthuis (the place we had to go). The place is easy to find (except the key box, but we understood why), very nice environment with the port nearby. Remember this in case of another stay in La Rochelle.
