The accommodation is perfect for a stay as a couple. The beach is barely 2 minutes' walk and shops are also accessible in 5 minutes' walk. This is the perfect place to park the car and enjoy. Everything is as described with quality materials. I highly recommend it!

A really perfect place for a couple who like a quiet stay. Two smallish squares offer very good local facilities and restaurants, while Carrefour local is only a one minute walk away, next to a cycle hire shop and a Pharmacy. The larger towns - La Flotte, Le Bois and ST Martin are all easily reached by the wonderful cycle paths.

I had a pleasant stay in their studio with all the necessary comforts and very clean. Very pleasant terrace where, upstream, they had found a system to secure the space for my cat who accompanied me during this stay. Line and her family are very friendly, warmly welcome and the friendly exchanges throughout the stay were very appreciable. Many things are nearby, whether shops, restaurants, bike paths, the beach, the market... So many places to discover that I will come back to the island and especially without hesitation to Line and her family.

Accommodation as described, very clean, well-equipped and perfect for a couple. The location is ideal for those who aspire to calm and authenticity while being close to tourist sites. Vanina and her family are welcoming and will tell you about the charming places to discover. Recommended.

We stayed with four adults and two children for a week at Le Carrelet and we enjoyed it very much. The house is very nice, large and open. Nevertheless, everyone also has their privacy. The kids played a lot in the garden, were in the pool or out on the street. Everything was clean, in good condition and stylish. The location is beautiful, very close to the beach. However, it is about 20 minutes by foot or 5 minutes by car to the center of Fouras. For restaurants or the bakery, you have to take this path. Otherwise, it is a good starting point for excursions, such as La Rochelle. Even on days with bad weather, we felt very comfortable and enjoyed the time in the house. We will be happy to come back.

Excellent stay, I was looking for peace and quiet and that's what I got. Morgane is very responsive and this was appreciable as well as her flexibility in the context of my arrival.

We had a great family stay at Anthony's house. It is very well equipped and the layout of the different rooms (sleeping area, dining area, etc.) allows you to share time together but also to have your own space! The centre of the village is accessible on foot (there are all the essential shops) and we rented bikes, which allowed us to visit the rest of the island on foot and go to the beach a few minutes by bike from the house. Finally, thank you to Justine from the concierge, who gave us a warm welcome on arrival and was available despite our very early departure, not to mention her valuable advice on the best places on the island!

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

We had an extremely pleasant week with our family in Saint Trojan. Our hosts were very welcoming, the accommodation was comfortable, extremely clean and what to say about the beautiful location. We'll be happy to go back!

We were warmly welcomed by Cécile in her charming and very well-equipped house. Forest trails and bike paths are very close, accessible on foot, access to shops as well. the outside is also pleasant, well equipped, shaded for meals and our young dog was able to frolic safely because the garden is fully fenced. We have a great memory of our stay.

We had a perfect stay. Conveniently located for touring the whole island. It offers very good comfort and the decoration is neat. Apartment close to the sea. Furnished terrace and private parking. Excellent week of vacation, ideal location on the island to enjoy the Cotinière on foot (shops, restaurants, beaches ...) The house and exteriors (with the option to park a vehicle) are perfect and as described to fully enjoy our stay. Very clean and large accommodation. The location is ideal if you want to visit the island and the castle of Oleron. The kitchen is well-equipped and the terrace accessible from the kitchen is clearly a plus in summer!

What can I say except that the accommodation is sublime, in a beautiful setting. The ultra-complete equipment, the comfort of having bikes for everyone as well as the restaurants/bars (the Atypique!) without forgetting the nearby beaches won us over. We will be back!

Very nice little house, well equipped with a very pleasant garden, all located in a village where you can find bakery, convenience store and restaurants a few minutes walk away. We were very warmly welcomed by Pierre's mother and were sensitive to her little touches. The latter as well as Pierre also remained very available for advice or recommendations.
