Holiday rentals with beach access in Dolus-d'Oléron

Sophie's place is great for a few peaceful days. It is located just before the island of Oléron which is convenient enough to walk around. The place is very charming!

Very good accommodation for a short stay on the island of Oléron. Very well located, with shops, the market and a bike rental right next door. The accommodation is beautiful with very good bedding, I highly recommend it :)

Perfectly located appartment, and the garage is a huge advantage. Very nice place to stay at, close to everything, and easy to get in/out. I would not recommended it if you have small kids. There is some safety issues like the stairs, windows, plugs, and furniture that can fall.

Breathtaking view of the sea and a beautiful old tree at sunrise and sunset. Very clean and functional accommodation. Easy check-in and check-out thanks to the key box and exchanges with Clémence. We would recommend it in a second.

We had a very pleasant stay in the charming studio ideally located! Close to the beach, shops and the market square. Although very close to the heart of the village, the accommodation is extremely quiet! Cécile and Eric's welcome was perfect. They care about your well-being throughout the entire stay. We will return with great pleasure to this rental :-) We highly recommend this listing!

A very nice apartment overlooking the harbour entrance - located between the Ketten and Laternenturm. The accommodation is located in a beautiful old house made of white limestone. The apartment was well ventilated by many skylights and the slopes make the apartment very charming. There are a variety of restaurants in the immediate vicinity, a beach is 5 minutes away and the city centre of La Rochelle is also a few minutes away. We arrived by train and did a lot on foot or by rental bike. The accommodation is also within walking distance of the train station.

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

We were very well received by Mrs. Denoyer who is very good advice. Pleasant stay, the terrace with the barbecue was welcome.

Beautiful house suitable for children and recently renovated. The secure pool and private access to the beach through a forest are a plus. lots of things available on site such as barbecue, well-equipped kitchen and games for children. Very welcoming and responsive hosts. Even better than in the photos. We'll be back!

Isabelle was extremely welcoming, available and accommodating on our arrival. The accommodation is ideally located in a peaceful setting and at the same time close to amenities. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy. There was even enough to make a hearty breakfast, a charming attention. Isabelle took the time to explain the walks, the restaurants, the must-sees of this pretty island. We strongly recommend this kind host. We'll be happy to go back

Very spacious and well-appointed house, large and fenced outside (perfect with dogs) and a big plus with the heated pool. Great location to discover the island and access to the beach on foot appreciable. Nelly's great flexibility on check-in and check-out times with responsive response. A few amenities would be worth repairing or changing for everything to be perfect. We'll be happy to go back!

The accommodation is perfect and perfectly located. Quiet street and possibility of parking in front of the accommodation (it's worth gold!!!). Patrick is a pleasant host and a small dedication to his "cleaning lady" who does a remarkable job!!! We recommend the accommodation without hesitation.

I would recommend Thierry's place, very clean,very quiet in the back of a cul-de-sac, shop nearby. Thierry is very welcoming, and when I come back to the area , I will come back to his place.

Pleasant accommodation overlooking the lake and sea, really peaceful and quiet. Parking space, clean accommodation and all the minimum necessary. The beach is accessible on foot in less than 15 minutes. And Pauline is very responsive by message. I recommend it. Thanks 😊

Comfortable and very well located accommodation, 20 minutes walk from the old port of La Rochelle along the sea and 8 minutes from Port Neuf. Adapted and quality amenities Everything is provided. Beautiful sea view from the balcony. Small confusion about the cleaning we are asked to do, while being charged on AirBnB.

Beautiful apartment, fabulous views (even from the shower!), and delightful little private beach - where our kids enjoyed playing while we played boules on the lawn above. Lovely walk into the old port, either along the beach path, or inland along the beautiful grassy avenue. Great restaurants in the town, although we enjoyed most meals at home so we could make the most of the fantastic views. A wonderful stay!

Amazing apartment on the port front in La Rochelle, with great views and in the centre of this very walkable town. Lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. Apartment was clean and tidy with everything you need, including for travelling with a baby. Highly recommended!

We were delighted with our stay. The apartment matches the photos point by point. The kitchen is small but very functional with all the utensils, nothing is missing. The bedding is excellent (which is not always the case). Regarding the perfect bench too. The parking space is a very appreciable plus ☺️ Thank you for hosting Vandy
