The house is beautiful with one bedroom on each floor which provides lots of space and privacy. The location is great with lots of restaurants nearby and an easy walk to the port.

Alvaros apartment was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. The apartment was pristine with great amenities. The location was right within the heart of old town with lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. The hosts were so attentive and gave some great local recommendations. Would recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be back. Thankyou Alvaro and family we had a really special time.

Our stay was excellent. The owner was very friendly and adapted to our arrival time without any problems. He helped us with everything we needed, which made us feel very comfortable. We would definitely repeat this home.

Casa Malou is an absolutely outstanding find, a real gem! It is equipped with everything you could want for a beautiful and relaxing time! The kitchen it fully stocked, and the pool amenities are fantastic. The beds are very comfortable, the aircon is a great addition, and the place is very tastefully decorated. The location is great too, a very quick drive to multiple beaches and shops. The host was also really great and allowed us to check in very late at night and to check out quite late in the day, meaning we could enjoy an extra day in this slice of paradise. Highly recommend! Don’t hesitate, just book!

We spent 7 weeks with the whole family at Nader's place and had a great time. The house is in a great location close to mountains, beaches, shops and town all within 10 minutes by car. The garden with the pool is very nice, there are fruit trees and the children could play here. The whole neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The house is well equipped, the internet here is very fast and suitable for work. We really enjoyed playing ping pong. We highly recommend staying at Nader's place and would love to come back.

We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

The place is just like the pictures. It is located in the mountains and is super quiet, plus the views are beautiful and it is a perfect place if you are looking to relax and unwind. Victor was a wonderful host and was available all the time. He recommended a lot of places and was very attentive. In short, it is an accommodation that I would definitely recommend to all those looking for a quiet holiday but with the option of making interesting plans such as visiting coves or villages.

We had a fantastic week. Lea is super friendly and happy to help you. The house is spotless and is maintained with a lot of love. Everything has been thought of. Our two small children (2 and 4) had a wonderful time playing in the pool. We have enjoyed the tranquility. Recommended: jardin de l'albarda, the Sunday market in Jesus Probe (delicious cakes!) and by car you can easily reach Denia (los banos sunshine bar, easy parking at the beach and have a nice lunch or dinner here) and Javea. We picked up delicious food (grilled chicken) at La Rostisseria (Denia, order in advance). Then you have several wonderful spots in the garden to dine. If you want to dine in a nice place elsewhere, go to Cala Clemence del Portixol (we went to breakfast due to few parking spaces, reservation is only for breakfast not necessary, otherwise it is!). Keep it up!

The apartment was spacious, bright, welcoming and we particularly enjoyed the large terrace and the view of the surroundings.

Highly recommend the appartment if you would like to stay in Denia center, as it is right on Loretto street. Newly refurbished, it has everything you need for a plesent stay. The terasse is a plus for warm evenings.

Second stay at Franks place and it didn’t disappoint. Felt right at home as a family of four - we will definitely be back. Beautiful views, beautiful surroundings and all round peaceful part of Benidorm. Thank you so much.

What can I say but WOW! What a beautiful apartment with a fantastic terrace within walking distance of Denia town. Joelle you have thought of everything to make guests stay so comfortable, hot showers, air-conditioning, fantastic and comfortable beds, such a well equipped kitchen and fantastic terrace within walking distance plenty of tables, chairs, sun beds and those fabulous views, we loved sitting out there and looking at the beautiful mountains. Great facilities - beautiful kept gardens, paddle court and big spacious swimming pool, which was great to cool down in. This is one of the best apartments that we have ever stayed in. Also the Mercadona, practically on our doorstep - fantastic selection of foods. Easy access to Denia Old Town through the Castle Tunnel and fab restaurants with delicious food, didn’t want to go home. Sorry we did not get to meet you, Sylvie was a fantastic and kind host. Would love to come back, merci beaucoup, Arlene et Liz 😊

Very cozy apartment close to the beach. The only drawback is that the bathroom is small. The apartment is clean, smartly decorated with modern furniture and has everything you could need. Icíar is a friendly host, very attentive and quick to respond back. I enjoyed my stay.

We had an incredible time with the family. Very comfortable apartment with all the tools and amenities to make a getaway and just worrying about enjoying. Unbeatable location, especially if you are going with young children as being a residential area you can enjoy the outdoors and the pool. Really enjoyed the whole accommodation both indoor and outdoor with everything catered for. The whole complex is very well maintained and the pool was lovely. The beach is immediately accessible from the pool area and was never crowded and had safe bathing. Good choice of local restaurants and a use Spar supermarket only 200 metres away.

I stayed at Carlos’ wonderful apartment for three weeks and loved it. I have mobility issues and the fact that there was a lift and it’s on the raised ground floor was perfect for me. The front and back terraces mean sunshine all day and the complex pool and amenities are fabulous. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. I will definitely book again. Carlos was very helpful, communicative and kind. An amazing stay!

Our first time booking with Airbnb & Jorge was exceptional. Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean & in a lovely location. A really nice studio-style apartment with a large terrace overlooking the gardens. The perfect place for a peaceful stay with the luxury of having a large pool on site. Very quiet at the time we were there which made it feel like we had the place to ourselves, and the few owner-occupiers we did meet were lovely. Car necessary to get around the area conveniently, but the apartment is centrally located between Denia and Javea with the village of Jesus Pobre and it's number of very nice local restaurants a 3-minute drive away. Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment. Absolutely fantastic accommodation, the furnishings are so loving, everything very clean, the terrace is the absolute highlight, very large and everything you need with the incredible view. We will be happy to come back. Thank you for this lovely stay. Jacky is super friendly and always available.

Beautiful penthouse, with all the amenities, the only thing to improve is the bed below that is very uncomfortable but there were 4 of us and we had another single bed and the sofa, otherwise it is highly recommended, we will return
