Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Dénia

A nossa estadia na casa Cervantes foi absolutamente fantástica! A casa é tal como nas fotos, bastante grande, e com tudo o que precisa para uma estadia maravilhosa. A casa fica mesmo no centro da cidade, com muitos restaurantes, lojas e ruas bem interessantes. A praia fica a uns quilometros, sendo que pode ir de carro ou nas bicicletas disponiveis na casa. Para finalizar a nossa estadia, Inge foi uma anfitriã perfeita, super amigavél e disponivel. Já estamos com saudades! E prometemos que voltaremos. Muito obrigada!!

Mi estancia en la casita, ha superado nuestras expectativas, en la casa no faltaba detalle, todo muy limpio, el patio una pasada y Diego y Marta siempre pendientes por si necesitábamos algo y muy amables, muy recomendable, nosotras volveremos sin duda

Nuestra estancia fue excelente. El propietario fue muy amable y se adaptó sin problema a nuestra hora de llegada. Nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitábamos, lo cual hizo que nos sintiéramos muy a gusto. Sin duda, repetiríamos en este alojamiento.

We spent 7 weeks with the whole family at Nader's place and had a great time. The house is in a great location close to mountains, beaches, shops and town all within 10 minutes by car. The garden with the pool is very nice, there are fruit trees and the children could play here. The whole neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The house is well equipped, the internet here is very fast and suitable for work. We really enjoyed playing ping pong. We highly recommend staying at Nader's place and would love to come back.

Javier’s house is beautiful, the design and comfort details both inside and out are outstanding and it truly feels like your very gorgeous Denia’n home as soon as you walk through the front door. The outdoor space is exceptional, with lots of space to relax and even a fabulous outdoor Tiki bar and kitchen! Everywhere is immaculate and the check in was so fast and friendly. We would not hesitate to return to this great home.

We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

El alojamiento es igual que en las fotos. Está ubicado en las montañas y es súper tranquilo, además las vistas son preciosas y es un sitio perfecto si lo que buscas es relajarte y desconectar. Víctor ha sido un anfitrión maravilloso y ha estado todo el tiempo disponible, nos ha recomendado un montón de sitio y ha sido muy atento. En definitiva, es un alojamiento que recomendaría sin dudas a todos aquellos que busquen unas vacaciones tranquilas pero con la opción de hacer planes interesantes como visitar calas o pueblos.

We hebben een fantastische week gehad. Lea is super vriendelijk en helpt je heel graag. Het huis is brandschoon en wordt met veel liefde bijgehouden. Aan werkelijk alles is gedacht. Onze twee kleine kinderen (2 en 4) hebben heerlijk in het zwembad gespeeld. Wij hebben genoten van de rust. Aanrader: jardin de l’albarda, de zondagmarkt in Jesus Probe (heerlijke taartjes!) en met de auto zit je zo in Denia (los banos sunshine bar, makkelijk parkeren bij het strand en hier lekker lunchen of dineren) en Javea. Wij hebben heerlijk eten (gegrilde kip) afgehaald bij La Rostisseria (Denia, vooraf even bestellen). Vervolgens heb je meerdere heerlijke plekjes in de tuin om te dineren. Mocht je op een mooie plek elders willen dineren, ga naar Cala Clemence del Portixol (wij zijn gaan ontbijten ivm weinig parkeerplekken, reservering is alleen voor ontbijt niet nodig, anders wel!). Ga zo door!

L'appartement était spacieux, lumineux, accueillant et nous avons particulièrement apprécié la grande terrasse et la vue sur les alentours.

Квартира очень удобная, невероятно красивый вид с террасы. Во всех комнатах очень просторно и уютно. Кухня студия светлая и стильна. Матрасы были удобными, никаких неприятных запахов или чего-то подобного. В кухне было все необходимое. И очень вкусный и ароматный кофе. Нас также угостили вином, это было очень приятно. Они создали онлайн как талон с интересными местами, пляжами, что также было очень удобно. С удовольствием вернусь, когда будет такая возможность.

Upea pieni paikkakunta. Asunto oli loistava, riittävästi tilaa laukkujen kanssa. Vastasi täysin kuvia ja ilmoitusta. Hiljaista öisin, naapureita ei juuri kuullut eikä näkynyt. Etukäteen oli kerrottu, ettei ruokakauppoja lähellä ole, niin osasi varautua siihenkin. Keittiössä tarvittavat kodinkoneet, myös pyykinpesukone. Kuivausteline parvekkeella hieman pieni.

Second stay at Franks place and it didn’t disappoint. Felt right at home as a family of four - we will definitely be back. Beautiful views, beautiful surroundings and all round peaceful part of Benidorm. Thank you so much.

What can I say but WOW! What a beautiful apartment with a fantastic terrace within walking distance of Denia town. Joelle you have thought of everything to make guests stay so comfortable, hot showers, air-conditioning, fantastic and comfortable beds, such a well equipped kitchen and fantastic terrace within walking distance plenty of tables, chairs, sun beds and those fabulous views, we loved sitting out there and looking at the beautiful mountains. Great facilities - beautiful kept gardens, paddle court and big spacious swimming pool, which was great to cool down in. This is one of the best apartments that we have ever stayed in. Also the Mercadona, practically on our doorstep - fantastic selection of foods. Easy access to Denia Old Town through the Castle Tunnel and fab restaurants with delicious food, didn’t want to go home. Sorry we did not get to meet you, Sylvie was a fantastic and kind host. Would love to come back, merci beaucoup, Arlene et Liz 😊

A perfect place to stay whilst exporing Costa Blanca. A tram stop in 2 mins walk. Extremely clean apartment with stunning views and the perfect balcony to gaze out from. We arrived earlier than expected but our host was extremely accomodating. I would heartily recommend this apartment for a stay.

Very cozy apartment close to the beach. The only drawback is that the bathroom is small. The apartment is clean, smartly decorated with modern furniture and has everything you could need. Icíar is a friendly host, very attentive and quick to respond back. I enjoyed my stay.

Really enjoyed the whole accommodation both indoor and outdoor with everything catered for. The whole complex is very well maintained and the pool was lovely. The beach is immediately accessible from the pool area and was never crowded and had safe bathing. Good choice of local restaurants and a use Spar supermarket only 200 metres away.

I stayed at Carlos’ wonderful apartment for three weeks and loved it. I have mobility issues and the fact that there was a lift and it’s on the raised ground floor was perfect for me. The front and back terraces mean sunshine all day and the complex pool and amenities are fabulous. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. I will definitely book again. Carlos was very helpful, communicative and kind. An amazing stay!

Prachtig verblijf om tot rust te komen en toch dichtbij allerlei mooie locaties (zandstrand in Calpe, de authentieke stad Althea, dichtbij het bruisende Benidorm). Jorge reageerde altijd binnen het uur en dacht meteen mee als we ergens een probleem ondervonden. Wel interessant om mee te delen is dat er stilte werd gevraagd aan het zwembad tussen 14u en 17u in de namiddag. We losten dit op door naar het keienstrand te gaan aan het hotel, of naar het strand in Calpe te gaan op slechts 10 minuten rijden. Topvakantie gehad met onze twee kindjes!

A really nice studio-style apartment with a large terrace overlooking the gardens. The perfect place for a peaceful stay with the luxury of having a large pool on site. Very quiet at the time we were there which made it feel like we had the place to ourselves, and the few owner-occupiers we did meet were lovely. Car necessary to get around the area conveniently, but the apartment is centrally located between Denia and Javea with the village of Jesus Pobre and it's number of very nice local restaurants a 3-minute drive away. Would definitely stay again when in the area. Thank you, Vicente.

Mooi en net appartement in Denia. Bij aankomst was het appartement super schoon. Mooie buitenruimte met loungeset en ligbedden. De winkels, supermarkt en de haven zijn op loopafstand. Top locatie! Carlos en Beatriz zijn super vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment. I would book it again in a heartbit. Thanks Gonzalo and family for your hospitality!

Ático precioso, con todas las comodidades, lo único a mejorar es la cama de abajo que es muy incomoda pero éramos 4 y dispusimos de otra cama individual y el sofá, por lo demas es muy recomendable, volveremos

Absolut Traumhafte Unterkunft, die Ausstattung ist so liebevoll, alles sehr sauber, die Terrasse ist das absolute Highlight, sehr groß und alles was man braucht mit dem unglaublich Ausblick.
