Villa holiday rentals in Dénia

We've stayed with three marriages, with small children and everything's great. The perfect common and individual spaces, as well as the spaciousness of the garden, the heated pool gives a lot of play, although in Easter, the 26 degrees falls short, you would have to climb it a little. The ideal cleanliness and the Villa has everything you need in terms of home furnishings and appliances. The only thing that would improve is the furniture, since both the sofas and the wedding mattresses are quite worn and sink and for us the rest is very important. Otherwise, everything is perfect.

We had an amazing month. The house is as beautiful as the pictures. The pool is great and the view of the Montgo is outstanding. The house was extremely well equipped and felt like home for the month we stayed. Thank you Heleen for letting us stay in your stunning house.

Had a wonderful stay at this villa. It’s really modern, in a lovely location with a fantastic pool and outside space. The villa is a great size, and was spotlessly clean. The hosts were fantastic, greeting us even though our arrival wasn’t until late in the evening. Very friendly and responsive. Would highly recommend this villa, we had a fantastic break and would love you return again in the future

We went as a group of 6 and had an incredible time. The house is amazingly located, the views were beautiful. We had tons of space and the house very well stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need. Our host Ton was also fantastic and super responsive to all communication. Can’t wait to visit again

We stayed in the period February/ March. The urbanization La Sella is a beautiful, atmospheric, green and well-kept urbanization The Villa Ensueno is very beautiful and well maintained. The terrace has amazing views of the Montgo and sea. In the villa there is everything you need. The kitchen equipment is more than good. The Wifi is fine. There is a smart TV with Netflix available. It is very centrally located to the cozy towns of Denia and Javea. The famous places such as Moraira, Altea and Calpe are accessible within a short distance. There is a lot to see in the area. Bicycles are easy to reach. The host Kirsten responds almost immediately to questions. We had a great time. We definitely recommend this accommodation!

We totally loved staying at Emmanuel’s beautiful house. It was perfect for me and my family. The surroundings and the house were perfect and we felt so welcomed and at home. All communication was excellent- we will definitely come back. Thank you Emmanuel

Wow. What a place. Everything was perfect. Jitske a great host. Out door space a particular highlight. We loved the bbq space in the back. Kitchen was fantastic with ample utensils. Fantastic holiday home. Would totally recommend. Town was great. Beautiful beach. Lots of padel courts. Great restaurants. Thank you. If you are thinking about booking just do it - you will not be disappointed.

The villa was really clean, comfortable and stylish. We loved the terrace and the views. The pool was unheated so a little bit chilly for the time of year but there were plenty of different places to sit and enjoy the stunning views and the warm sunshine. The villa had everything we needed (except multiple sets of keys which were supplied when we asked for them). Just a note that we did not realise that two of the bedrooms were only accessed from outside the property-this did not matter as our party were all adults/teens but visitors with younger children may want to know that. Ani (the local host) was really welcoming, great at communicating, helping us know what to do and where to go, and answering our questions. We wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful family holiday in the house. It is nice and spacious and very neat. In terms of location, you have a nice view of Calpe and the villa is quietly located, which is very nice. The contact was always friendly and quick and they were very nice to think about the flexible check-in time in connection with our early flight time. Highly recommended!

It is hard not to fall in love with this spectacular property and the endearing Amparo. The house enjoys an absolutely spectacular setting and we loved everything about our stay here. It’s a really characterful property with lots of lovely, unique touches. We felt very fortunate to stay somewhere that’s such a part of a family legacy. The location was perfect for us. Cala Blanca is stunning and we loved our daily dip in the sheltered cove as well as being able to stroll to Arenal beach and its bars and restaurants. On Amparo’s recommendation we also hiked up and around to Creu del Portixol viewpoint and on to Cala Barraca/ Portixol cove. Nothing was too much trouble, Amparo shared lots of helpful recommendations of places to eat out too.

Great place, you simply can’t beat the views. Lots of privacy. Alex was always quick to respond and he was super flexible for checkin in/out. 100% recommended.

very nice stay, when we asked for something, we always got immediate response. The children's chair was missing at first but the host solved this. the next day we had a baby chair. We've enjoyed our stay!

We have just had a wonderful family week at Andres Vilal in Calpe. The villa was easy to find and the location was fantastic with amazing views in a lovely peaceful area, with little to no noise. Just an 8 min drive down into Calpe for supermarkets and great restaurants. The villa was really homely and clean and suited our needs perfectly for 5 adults. The seperate self contained flat at the bottom was perfect for my wife and I while our Son, Daughter and Her boyfriend occupied the main villa. The outside eating areas and BBQ were great and made for relaxing evenings. Although be warned the mosquitoes were vicious and we all got bitten. The pool was fantastic and very relaxing with stunning views over the surrounding hills. The Villa was ideally placed for days out including Altea old town, Fonts Del Algar and Valencia, all of which i would reccomend. The only observation I would make is the villa needed some TLC, but fine for us. Andres was really helpful and responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay with Pascual in the beautiful villa. The area and surroundings were very beautiful and you felt at home. Pascual was a good host and always responded immediately and with very thorough answers. We were a large group of friends and four children and the place is perfect for larger groups. There was some noise from some machinery work on the grounds right next door, which was somewhat disturbing, but nothing Pascual could do about. It was a lovely place and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Perfect house for our family. Our 19-year-old son felt particularly comfortable in the granny flat, where he had his own privacy. Our daughter and her friend had their own room with bathroom and felt comfortable. Since the villa is otherwise inhabited by the owners, everything is of high quality: furniture, beds, dishes, glasses, kitchen utensils, etc... This is rarely the case with properties that are only intended for rent (IKEA furniture and dishes). We have always done very well with otherwise privately inhabited houses. Very well equipped, with three different coffee machines (for every taste), deck chairs by the pool and on the terrace, bath towels, two refrigerators (with cool drinks that we could enjoy on arrival), leaves nothing to be desired. Rosemarie is a very nice and open hostess who welcomed us very well and gave good tips. We can only recommend this house

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful southern European-style house. The highlight for us was definitely the pool area—our three-year-old daughter loved it! The outdoor kitchen is also a great feature, fully equipped with a fridge and a toilet, making it super convenient for spending time outside. There are several lovely seating areas around the house where you can enjoy meals.. The location is a bit remote, up in the hills, so having a car is essential, but once you’re driving, you’re only about five to ten minutes away from stores and the beach. Overall, we had a wonderful family stay and would love to return in the future. Thank you for a great experience!

We had a lovely stay, just be aware the place you pick the key up is quite a drive away. Everything was spotlessly clean. Stunning scenery. Restaurants are all a 15-20 minute drive away, due to its location.

Casa en Denia as it shows the photos! Cristina always very attentive has responded quickly to our doubts and everything has been taken care of in detail. It has a very nice and very complete house with everything you need for a stay of 12 people. We have enjoyed it a lot and recommend it for any time of year. Quiet house with a very well-kept environment ideal for resting.

Nice stay No inconvenience finally!!☺️ We would have loved to have stayed more days.
