Al entrar, la zona de estar sigue el concepto de espacio abierto integrando el salón con el comedor y la cocina con barra americana. En cuanto a la cocina está completamente equipada con todo lo necesario: placa vitrocerámica, horno y microondas, lavavajillas, utensilios de cocina, cafetera... El apartamento también cuenta con lavadora y plancha, TV, así como splits de aire acondicionado en los dormitorios y el salón/comedor. Todo el apartamento está equipado con calefacción por suelo radiante.
