A twelve-minute walk to the right takes you to Cantal-Roig and Arenal-Bol beaches, while a fifteen-minute walk to the left brings you to La Fossa beach. Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell.
