Wonderful. The stay was great. Very well-kept and quiet pools, quiet area, the cove is a sight to behold. The house is great, with all the amenities and unbeatable views. We will definitely be back and we recommend it.

Wonderful stay. The house is comfortable, it has everything you need to spend wonderful vacation days. Fully equipped, nothing is missing, comfortable bed and everything super clean and insect-free. The garden is a wonder to spend evenings and dine alfresco after a swim in the pool. Thank you Nando for being such a good host, see you next year

A breathtaking view from the loggia at night and during the day. The space is convenient and comfortable. The private underground parking space is a plus. The only downside was that we didn't know the pool was closed on that date. 2 steps from MUNDOMAR and AQUALANDIA.

I can all abbreviate in a word "excellence"Olga very attentive with everything and Tania who handed over the keys, always predisposed to the organization of us for entry and exit. The cleanliness of the place has to be highlighted, impeccable as it is difficult to meet such a place. They have a good team. The place is close to the beach you can walk, you have a supermarket very close. The place is perfect to disconnect a few days and have a great time.

It was a fantastic stay right close to the town of Parcent and many biking trails right outside the door. The grounds were large and beautifully kept, the home was lovely and very comfortable. We would stay here again. L’Era restaurant, walking distance had some of the best wood fired Paella we have had in Spain. Locals were friendly and a excellent bike bar/rentals in town, as well as a bakery to walk to in the mornings.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was very convenient and an easy 10 min walk to the beach, and all the restaurants in old town. The apartment was extremely spacious with 3 full bathrooms, the kitchen was well stocked, and the apartment was quiet at night. The hosts were very responsive and were quite helpful for local recommendations, they even made us reservations at their favorite restaurants. We were allowed to leave our bags a few hours early since our train arrived before checking time, which was extremely convenient. We would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend to anyone!

I would highlight as a positive the host's treatment… he responds quickly and gave us good recommendations. Independent check-in. The apartment is a bass (maybe it would have to be better specified). Parking is available at the door itself. It is close to a large beach and you have bars/shops around with everything you need but to go to the village you need a car. The apartment was clean and there were cleaning products. Comfortable bed. Would recommend and come back without a problem.

Very clean and well maintained residence, quiet this season

The listing is just as it was described in the listing. That meant that our stay did not suffer inconvenience for the accommodation. The windows have mosquito nets,which in our case were not necessary but I think it is important to highlight it. On the terrace, there was some noise coming from an air conditioner from the magazines, which was a bit annoying even though it was not a problem with the accommodation. For the crib we warned cris that we should carry a mattress. The conversation with her was always smooth and the guides that existed in the house provided useful information.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa with its stunning sea view! We appreciated the earlier check in, plus a cot and high chair for our one year old granddaughter. The location was perfect - within walking distance of the port, shops and restaurants but also quiet and peaceful too.

The apartment was spotless and had everything you need for two people. In the surroundings it was quiet and attention to detail. You had the pool in front to enjoy it, a barbecue and terrain for walking. And without a doubt, the best was the attention and kindness of the owner, Tom. He attended us at all times when we were there and answered all the questions and doubts we had before arrival. It is a quiet and idyllic place to stay and definitely worth the price you pay. We didn't rule out staying there again.

Well equipped studio apartment in a wonderful location with gorgeous sea views. Comfortable bed and a great shower with oodles of hot water and high pressure. Our host was very friendly, helpful, highly responsive and always concerned with making our stay the best possible. We haven't been this relaxed for a long time. Thanks for everything!

Fantastic Villa and amazing location. Lovely host. Was so helpful and flexible. Very close to the tram, so easy access to Altea old town and surrounding areas. Beautiful location with amazing views. Perfect.

We have had a wonderful family holiday in Jurg's property. The location is fantastic with views over the valley and out to sea; idillic for sitting on the veranda to enjoy a relaxing meal. The house was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy the time we spent there. The children and adults both really enjoyed the pool, which is maintained to a high standard and was cleaned twice during the week by the very friendly pool man. The gardens are beautiful and add to the serene, relaxing and private outdoor space. The house is a perfect base for exploring the area; however access to a car is highly recommended as it would be quite a trek into the town. There is a private parking area where the vehicle is kept cool under the vines. We would highly recommend this property if you are considering visiting the beautiful town of Denia, where there is so much to do and see. Thank-you Jurg for being a wonderful host.

We had an excellent stay in Calpe, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed, the location is perfect, with several shops and restaurants, pool and beach right in front. Alexander is a very nice, friendly, hospitable and helpful host, he was always available offering help at all times in case we needed anything, very flexible with check-in as we had a small problem with renting a car. We would definitely be happy to repeat our vacation in Alexander's apartment in the future, totally recommend Calpe and Alexander as a Host (5 stars). We felt at home. Thank you very 🤗🤗 much Alexander for everything. 😊

We absolutely loved our stay at La cometa , Karine was a super host extremely responsive , we had no issues at all , everything was very clear and Karine checked all was ok which it was. Area we know very well , it’s a fabulous location with lots of culinary options , bars , lovely shops , supermarkets etc . The villa was very clean , a lovely large pool , views from allover the villa . Roof terrace beautiful, bbq area perfect thouroughly enjoyed the outside kitchen . Boules area and pool toys , very equipt for young children , ours are grown up teenagers and they enjoyed it . Garden and plants gorgeous has a lovely feel . Pool man comes twice a week no issue for us , we were home each time , he is very pleasant . We didn’t really watch tv as it was super hot July and no need for it , spent most of the two weeks in the pool allday ! . We would definitely book the villa again lovely lovely find! Excellent. Very clear instructions on how to get there and how to get in, everything is well detailed. Great recommendations for restaurants and activities. The place is in a very good area for walking, it is very safe and private. Excellent location to see the sunrise👍👍. Everything is great!!

The special thing about the apartment is that it really gives you the impression of being at home, probably because it is also a home away from the owner. We felt very comfortable. Crockery and cutlery were even thought of for our child. Everything you needed was there and was sparkling clean. Thank you!
