Quick stay for the comic book festival. The small apartment is ideally located, close to the center but away from noise and hustle and bustle. The places are pleasant, comfortable, well-equipped and impeccably clean. Definitely recommend.

I arrived in Saintes a little in disaster after puncturing a tire on the highway, arriving in the evening at an hour when all the garages were already closed. Of all the places available at this time, Frédéric and Agnès' home seemed by far the best. I absolutely do not regret this choice: the apartment is very pleasant, cozy, well located and close to the pedestrian city center and restaurants, modern and decorated with taste and originality. Beautiful view of the Charente, and flooded with the light of the rising sun in the morning... enough to forget the hassle of the day before. The real plus: easy to access accommodation, clear instructions from the owner. Who in addition was particularly pleasant and responsive in his communication. So I definitely recommend this apartment for a stay in Saintes (whether it's unexpected, or whether you want to discover this beautiful little town).

Very convenient accommodation because it is well located in the city center. The apartment was in accordance with the photos and description. I found it spacious, bright, and comfortable. Two downsides: the entrance to the building and its staircase not very pleasant to climb, and the sofa on which you sink a little in the middle. That said, this apartment has a great value for money.

Have a good week with Carole who was kind enough to host us despite a last minute booking. Carole leaves you her home with confidence. The house is spacious and the environment is very quiet. There is a nice little garden with a ping pong table that allows for good moments of fun!! Lots of possible visits to nearby castles, close to Angouleme which is a very nice town. Only 1h30 from Royan. There's plenty to do!! Great value for the money. Recommended.

Excellent accommodation with a really pleasant setting. Very well located quietly but a short drive to shops. The house is very large which makes it possible not to step on it even if there are many of us and is much more equipped than indicated, it is very appreciated. Very pleasant heated pool also and not overlooked. Stephane is very friendly, clear and very square explanations for the functioning of the house. No complaints. We recommend!

We had a lovely stay in Marie Line's house. We particularly appreciated the quality of the welcome, and the large garden with the sheltered garden furniture. The house is very spacious, and the bedding is of very good quality in all rooms.

We had the most wonderful week with Debbie and Mike. They are so warm and kind and made our week in France so memorable - we didn’t want to leave. The house, gardens and pool are beautiful, even nicer in real life vs the photos. Debbie and Mike have thought of everything in each area - the house, outdoor eating/lounging area, by the pool - it is exceptionally equipped. Everything is spotlessly clean from the bathrooms to kitchen cupboards. Thank you Debbie and Mike for such an amazing holiday xx

Very nice accommodation and tastefully decorated. When we arrived, the fire was on in the fireplace and the hot tub was at the right temperature. We were able to have a very relaxing stay in a beautiful location. Dimitri was very responsive and pleasant. I would highly recommend!

Our stay with two couples went very well. Even if the listing is located on a small street slightly away from the hyper-center, walking access is doable (be careful it goes up...). The environment around the house is very quiet and conducive to rest. The small garden on the 1st floor allows you to get some fresh air, the rooms are clean and well arranged in terms of storage (dressing room). The bathroom is convenient and nicely vintage like the rest of the decor. The large dining kitchen is convenient with the fridge + freezer + dishwasher. A pleasant quiet moment and close to the halls and the city center of Angouleme, ideal for a few days in the region. If you have a car, it is convenient to park in front of the house. Good value for money with a responsive and rigorous host to recommend.

While visiting Angouleme to see family, we booked this place for 2 adults and 3 children and frankly we recommend this one. Very spacious apartment. Excellent decor! Clean and tidy space. I'll save the address for our next visit 👍🏻

We went to Cognac for the Blues Passion festival. The accommodation is ideal, central and close to everything (shops, public garden, restaurants, bakeries...). Ludovic welcomed us in person, very friendly and gave good advice. The accommodation is very convenient, clean, very well equipped, very personal where you feel at home. Excellent bedding. comfort. No complaints. Very convenient private parking to leave the car for the duration of the stay. Thanks Ludovic for everything!!!!
